4188 dated 09^th July 2019 and in exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (1) and sub-section (3) of Section

4 of the Advocates' Welfare Fund Act, 2001 (45 of 2001) read with sub-section (a) of Section 45D of Government of

National Capital Territory of Delhi (GNCTD) Act, 1991, Hon’ble President of India is pleased to appoint Sh. Chetan

Sharma, Ld. Additional Solicitor General of India as Chairperson of the Advocates' Welfare Fund Trustee Committee.

This notification shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Delhi Gazette.
