Delhi, the 11th July, 2024

F.No. 1/45/2024-Judl. /Suptlaw/1348-1352—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of

Section 9 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (46 of 2023), the Lt. Governor of the National Capital

Territory of Delhi hereby directs that within the territory of NCT of Delhi, such additional/further number of Courts of

Judicial Magistrates of the First Class in every district, shall stand established, from such dates and at such places, as

the High Court, may by order specify, from time to time.
