conferred under Sub Section 45 D (a) of the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi (Amendment)

Act, 2023 and Sub Section 59 of Section 2 of Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015 read with

Rule 87 of Juvenile Justice (Care & Protection of Children) Model Rules, 2016, the Hon’ble President of India,

Boards and Chairperson and Members, Child Welfare Committees under Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of
