section (4) of section 9 of the Transplantation of Human Organs and Tissues Act, 1994 read with rule 12 of the

Transplantation of Human Organs and Tissues Rules, 1994 and sub-section (a) of section 45-D of the Government of

National Capital Territory of Delhi Act, 1991, in supersession of the notification of this Government, published in

Delhi Gazette, Extraordinary, Part-IV vide No. F. No. AA/DOTC/2016/HBAC/3039/2042-2051 dated 31^st July, 2017,

the President of India hereby re-constitutes the Hospital Based Authorization Committee for Max Super Specialty
