F. No. AA/DOTC/2017/HBAC/3042/1091-1098.—In exercise of powers conferred under clause (b) of

sub-section (4) of section 9 of the Transplantation of Human Organs and Tissues Act, 1994, read with rule 12 of the

Transplantation of Human Organs and Tissues Rules, 2014 and sub-section (a) of section 45-D of the Government of

National Capital Territory of Delhi Act, 1991, in suppression of the notification of this Government, published in

Delhi Gazette, Extraordinary, Part-IV vide No. F. No. AA/DOTC/2017/HBAC/3042/186-195 dated 19^th April, 2021,

the President of India hereby Re-constitutes the Hospital Based Authorization Committee for Indraprastha Apollo
