Delhi, the 12th November, 2024

No. F. 1/19/2018-Judl./Suptlaw/1948-1957.—In pursuance of the provisions of Section 84 of the Rights of

Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016 and in addition to the Special Courts already notified vide notification bearing

No. F. No. 1/19/2018- Judi./Suptlaw/1499-1507 dated 19.08.2019, the Lieutenant Governor of National Capital

Territory of Delhi, with concurrence of Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice of High Court of Dethi, hereby designate the

Court of Special Judge (PC Act)/CBI-02, Rouse Avenue Court Complex and the MP/MLA Court of Special Judge

(PC Act) (CBI)-23, Rouse Avenue Court Complex, New Delhi as Special Courts with respect to categories of cases

dealt with by these courts for the entire National Capital Territory of Delhi to try the offences under the Rights of

Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016.
