उपरोि अजधकारी न्यायाजधकरण को पूणणकाजलक सेिा प्रिान करेंगे तथा अपने पिभार ग्रहण करने की जतजथ से पांच िर्षों की अिजध के

जलये अथिा 65 िर्षण कीआयु प्राप्त करने तक, इनमें सेिो भी पहले हो. पि पर बने रहेंगे।

section 169(2) of Delhi Municipal Corporation Act 1957 read with ab-section (a) of Section 45D of GNCTD

Act, 1991, the President of India is pleased to appoint the following persons in the Municipal Taxation Tribunal:

Chairperson- Sh. Sunil Kumar Aggarwal

Member (J)- Sh. Deepak Jagotra

Member (A)- Sh. Satyanarayana

The aforesaid officers shall render full time service to the Tribunal and shall hold ice from the date on which

they assume charge of their office for a period of five years or they attain age of 65 years, whichever is earlier.
