2291.—रा᳦ीय राजधानी ᭃेᮢ ᳰद᭨ली सरकार (कायᭅ आवंटन)

िनयमावली, 1993 के िनयम - 3 ᳇ारा ᮧदᱫ शिᲦयᲂ का ᮧयोग करते ᱟए उप-रा᭔यपाल, रा᳦ीय राजधानी ᭃेᮢ ᳰद᭨ली, मु᭎यमंᮢी ᳰद᭨ली के परामशᭅ

से, रा᳦ीय राजधानी ᭃेᮢ ᳰद᭨ली के मंिᮢयᲂ को िन᳜िलिखत कायᭅ आवंᳯटत करते हᱹ । यह आवंटन ᭭वीकृत ᳰकया जाता है, जहाँ तक ᳰक, संिवधान के

अनु᭒छेद 239 कक के अधीन उप-रा᭔यपाल को उनको कायᲄ के िनवᭅहन के िलए मंᮢी-पᳯरषद् के ᳇ारा सहायता और सलाह देना अपेिᭃत है तथा

रा᳦ीय राजधानी ᭃेᮢ ᳰद᭨ली सरकार (कायᭅ आवंटन) िनयमावली, 1993 के िनयम 3 और रा᳦ीय राजधानी ᭃेᮢ ᳰद᭨ली सरकार (संशोधन)

अिधिनयम, 2023 के अनुसार है। तदनुसार, रा᳦ीय राजधानी ᭃेᮢ ᳰद᭨ली सरकार के मंिᮢयᲂ के पोटᭅफोिलयो इस ᮧकार हᱹ :—

Delhi, the 16th December, 2024

F. No. 53/700/2024/GAD/CN/2291.—In exercise of powers conferred under Rule 3 of the Government of

National Capital Territory of Delhi (Allocation of Business) Rules 1993, the Lieutenant Governor of the National

Capital Territory of Delhi, in consultation with the Chief Minister, is pleased to allocate the following portfolios to the

Ministers of the National Capital Territory of Delhi. The allocation of business to the Ministers is approved, in so far

as, such business relates to matters with respect to which the Council of Ministers is required under Article 239AA of

the Constitution to aid and advise the Lieutenant Governor in the exercise of his functions, in accordance with Rule 3

of the GNCTD (Allocation of Business) Rules, 1993 and subject to The Government of National Capital Territory of

Delhi (Amendment) Act, 2023. Accordingly, portfolios of the Ministers of the National Capital Territory of Delhi are
