F.No. 01/53/DOV/Admn./2024/69 to 77—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 7 of the Delhi

Police Act, 1978 and in supersession of this Government order No. F..5/106/78-Home(P)/Estt./4864-4869 dated 19th

August, 1998, the Lt. Governor, Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi is pleased to appoint Pr.

Secretary/Secretary (Vigilance), Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi, as ex-officio Director General of

Police, Delhi to meet out the requirement of SOP of DoPT as contained in OM dated 03/09/2021 and in relation to the

superintendence and control over the officers and officials posted in Anti-Corruption Branch, Government of National

Capital Territory of Delhi, in respect of administrative and disciplinary matters subject to the general superintendence

and control of the Lt. Governor of the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi and other provisions of the

aforesaid Act.
