.—िबदक,
रािेंद्र प्रसाि रोड पर, गोल चक्कर िसवंत ससंह से गोल चक्कर रािेंद्र प्रसाि रोड िनपथ पराठ की तरफ यातायात के भारी
प्रवाह के कारण यातायात के सुचारू जनववहन में बाधा उत्पन्न हो रही है और अन्य सडक उपयोगकतावओं को असुजवधा हो
रही है।
और िबदक, यातायात के सुचारू प्रवाह को सुजनजित करने और वाहन चालकों एवं अन्य सडक उपयोगकतावओं की
सुजवधा एवं सुरक्षा के जलए रािेंद्र प्रसाि रोड पर गोल चक्कर िसवंत ससंह से गोल चक्कर रािेंद्र प्रसाि रोड - िनपथ रोड की
तरफ, यातायात के आवागमन को जवजनयजमत करना आवश्यक है।
अतः मैं, जिवे केसरी ससंह, उपायुक्त पुजलस, यातायात (मुख्यालय-2) दिल्ली. दिल्ली में सडकों व गजलयो पर वाहन
व अन्य यातायात जनयम 1980 की धारा 21 जिसके अन्तगवत मुझे अजधकार प्राप्त है, का प्रयोग करते हुए अगले आिेि तक.
एति् द्वारा रािेंद्र प्रसाि रोड पर, गोल चक्कर िसवंत ससंह से गोल चक्कर रािेंद्र प्रसाि रोड िनपथ रोड की तरफ सभी
प्रकार के वाहनों के जलए एकतरफा मागव घोजित करता हूँ ।

पुजलस और स्ट्थानीय पुजलस के कायावलयों के सूचना पट्टों पर जचपकाया िाएगा ।
सबंजधत अजधकरण एवम् सड़क रख-रखाव प्राजधकरण िन साधारण को सूचनाथव एवम् सुजवधा हेतु आवश्यक
संकेत पट्ट पर प्रजतबंजधत संकेत को इंजगत करते हुए लगाऐंगे।
यह आिेि तत्काल प्रभाव से लागू होगा ।

Delhi, the 29th Setember, 2025
F. No. 2967–3117/TE (D-II), Traffic, dated at New Delhi the 29/09/2025.—Whereas, heavy flow of traffic
is causing obstruction in smooth discharge of traffic and inconvenience to other road users on Rajendra Prasad Road
from Roundabout Jaswant Singh towards Roundabout Rajendra Prasad Road – Janpath Road;
And whereas, it is necessary to regulate the movement of traffic on Rajendra Prasad Road from Roundabout
Jaswant Singh towards Roundabout Rajendra Prasad Road – Janpath Road to ensure smooth flow of traffic and for
convenience and safety of motorists and other road users;
Now, therefore, I, ShiveKeshari Singh, Deputy Commissioner of Police/Traffic, (HQ-II), Delhi in exercise of
the powers, conferred upon me under Regulation 21 of the Delhi Control of Vehicular and Other Traffic on Roads and
Street Regulations, 1980 do hereby declare ‘One Way’ traffic movement on Rajendra Prasad Road from Roundabout
Jaswant Singh towards Roundabout Rajendra Prasad Road – Janpath Road for all type of motor vehicles, till further
orders.
This order shall be published in the official gazette and affixed on the notice boards of the offices of traffic
police and local police of the area for the information of the general public.
The concerned road owning/maintaining agencies shall erect corresponding mandatory/regulatory signboards
indicating the restriction in the area for guidance and convenience of all concerned.
This order shall come into force with immediate effect.
