सं. 77/जनयम/डीएचसी.—ददल्ली उच् च न्यायालय अजधजनयम, 1966 (1966 का अजधजनयम 26) की धारा 7

द्वारा प्रदत्त िजियों तथा इस जनजमत्त समथथ बनाने ााली अन्य सभी िजियों का प्रयगग करते ुए, ददल्ली उच् च न्यायालय,

एतद् द्वारा ददल्ली उच् च न्यायालय जनयम एां आदेि के खंड V के अध्याय I के भाग क (ख) के जनयम 5 में जनम्नजलजखत

संिगधन करता है।

ददल्ली उच् च न्यायालय के जनयमों एां आदेिों के खंड V के अध्याय 1 के भाग क (ख) के मौिूदा जनयम 5 के स्ट्थान पर

जनम्नजलजखत प्रजतस्ट्थाजपत दकया िाएगा:-

5. ज़मानत आाेदन-उच् च न्यायालय में प्रस्ट्तुत प्रत्येक ज़मानत आाेदन में याजचकाकताथ कग यह बताना हगगा दक क्या साोच्च

न्यायालय में भी ऐसा ही आाेदन दकया गया है या नहीं, और यदद दकया गया है तग उसका पररणाम क्या था।

याजचकाकताथ /आाेदक कग यह भी बताना हगगा दक क्या ाह दकसी अन्य आपराजधक मामले में िाजमल है/था या नहीं। यदद

हााँ, तग उसका जाारण और जनणथ य प्रस्ट्तुत करना हगगा। जिस आाेदन में यह िानकारी नहीं है, उसे आाश्यक िानकारी के

साथ पीठ के समक्ष प्रस्ट्तुत दकया िाएगा।

नगट: यह संिगधन रािपत्र में इसके प्रकािन की जतजथ से लागू हगगा।

NOTIFICATION

Delhi, the 25th September, 2025

No. 77/Rules/DHC.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 7 of the Delhi High Court Act, 1966

(Act 26 of 1966) and all other powers enabling it in this behalf, the High Court of Delhi, hereby makes the following

amendment in Rule 5 of Part A(b), Chapter I of Volume V of the Delhi High Court Rules & Orders.

The following shall be substituted for the existing Rule 5 of Part A(b) of Chapter 1 of Volume V of the Delhi

High Court Rules & Orders:-

5. Bail Applications- In every application for bail presented to the High Court the petitioner shall state whether

similar application has or has not been made to the Supreme Court, and if made shall state the result thereof. The

petitioner/applicant shall also mention whether he/she is/was involved in any other criminal case or not. If yes,

particulars and decisions thereof. An application which does not contain this information shall be placed before the

bench with the necessary information.

NOTE : THIS AMENDMENT SHALL COME INTO FORCE FROM THE DATE OF ITS PUBLICATION IN THE

GAZETTE.
