NOTIFICATION
Delhi, the 13th October, 2025
No. F. 17 (1430)/DBOCWB/25/3524-3538.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (1)
of section 18 of the Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Other
Conditions of Service) Act, 1996 (27 of 1996) read with rule 251 of the Delhi Building and Other
Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2002, and read with
the Notification No. U-11020/1/2000-UTL dated the 14th July, 2000 and Notification S.O.3753 (E) dated
02.09.2024 issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India, the Hon’ble Lt. Governor of
Delhi is pleased to reconstitute the existing Delhi Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board
consisting of the following persons with effect from the date of notification for a period of three years or till
it is reconstituted, namely:-
