संदर्भ स. 03/डीएसएलएसए /एडी आर डब्लल्यू /िीएलए /2025/297(VIG.).—जिजधक सेिा प्राजधकरण अजधजनयम,

1987 की धारा 22-बी(1) के अंतगगत प्रित्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा दिनांक 22.02.2025 को माननीय मुख्य

न्यायाधीि, दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय एिं संरक्षक-प्रधान, दिल्ली राज्य जिजधक सेिा प्राजधकरण (DSLSA) की स्ट्िीकृजत के

अनुिालन में, जनम्नजलजित ितगमान स्ट्थायी लोक अिालतों को जिजधक सेिा प्राजधकरण अजधजनयम, 1987 की धारा

22A(ि) के अंतगगत लोक उियोगी सेिा से संबंजधत सभी िािों िर, जिन सेिाओं को भारत सरकार एिं राष्ट्रीय रािधानी

क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार (GNCTD) द्वारा सािगिजनक उियोजगता सेिा घोजित दकया गया है, अजधकार क्षेत्र प्रिान दकया िाता

है, िो इस अजधसूचना की जतजथ से प्रभािी होगा:—

घोजित दकया गया है, अथागत्–

(क) िैजक्षक या िैक्षजणक संस्ट्थानो,

(ि) आिास और भू-संििासेिा

इसके अजतररि, दिल्ली राष्ट्रीय रािधानी क्षेत्र सरकार (GNCTD)

द्वारा दिनांक 06.08.2025की अजधसूचना सं. F.1/02/2025-

Judl./Suptlaw/1406-1408 के माध्यम से, िनजहत में

जनम्नजलजित सेिाओं को लोक उियोगी सेिाएं घोजित दकया गया

है, अथागत्–

(i) बैंककंग सेिा,

(ii) गैर-बैंककंग जित्तीय कंिजनयों (एनबीएफसी) की सेिा,

(iii) गैस सेिा की आिूर्तग

Delhi, the 7th November, 2025

No. 03/DSLSA/ADR W/PLA/2025/297(VIG.).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 22-B(1) of

the Legal Services Authorities, 1987 and in pursuance of the approval dated 22.02.2025 of Hon’ble Chief Justice,

High Court of Delhi & Patron-in-Chief, Delhi State Legal Services Authority (DSLSA), the following existing

Permanent Lok Adalats shall have jurisdiction over all public utility services disputes under Section 22A(b) of the

Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987, including those services which have been declared as public utility services by

the Central Government and the Government of NCT of Delhi (GNCTD), with effect from the date of the

notification:—
