NOTIFICATION

Delhi, the 2nd December, 2025

F. No. 6/27/2025-Judl./Suptlaw/2146-2152.—The Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi,

in consultation with the High Court of Delhi is pleased to appoint/promote the following officers:-

1. Promote/appoint the following officer of Delhi Judicial Service to Delhi Higher Judicial Service under

Rule 7(1) (a) of Delhi Higher Judicial Service Rules, 1970 on regular basis with effect from the date she

assumes charge of her office and to place her on probation in the Delhi Higher Judicial Service as per the

provisions of the Delhi Higher Judicial Service Rules, 1970:-

1. Ms. Vidhi Gupta Anand

2. Appoint/promote on ad hoc basis the following officer of Delhi Judicial Service to Delhi Higher Judicial

Service against resultant consequential vacancy in Fast Track Special Courts sanctioned by the Govt. of

NCT of Delhi on temporary/contractual basis vide letter dated 26.09.2020 for setting up of 16 Fast Track

Special Courts, from the date she assumes charge of her office.

1. Ms. Shriya Agrawal

The promotion on ad hoc basis shall not confer any right of absorption or seniority on the aforesaid

officers in the cadre of Delhi Higher Judicial Service and in case of discontinuation of such Fast-Track

Special Courts, the above named officer shall revert back to her substantive Cadre of Delhi Judicial

Service.
