काउंजसल का चुनाि अजधिक्ता अजधजनयम 1961 और उसके अंतगगत जनर्ममत जनयमों में जनजहत प्रािधानों के अनुसार 20 फरिरी,

2026, 21 फरिरी, 2026 और 22 फरिरी, 2026 को आयोजित दकया िाएगा।

यह चुनाि कायगक्रम माननीय सिोच्च न्यायालय के ददनांक 18 निंबर, 2025 के आदेि के अनुसार ररट याजचका (जसजिल) संख्या

1319/2023 में "एम. िरधान बनाम भारत संघ और अन्य" िीषगक के तहत तैयार दकया गया है।

जनयम 8

उम्मीदिारों के नाम कैसे प्रस्ट्ताजित दकए िाएं

बार काउंजसल के सदस्ट्य के रूप में चुने िाने िाले प्रत्येक उम्मीदिार का प्रस्ट्ताि एक मतदाता द्वारा दकया िाएगा और दूसरे मतदाता

द्वारा उसका समथगन दकया िाएगा। नामांकन पत्र सजचि को व्यजक्तगत रूप से या दकसी प्रजतजनजध के माध्यम से ददया िाएगा या

पंिीकृत डाक द्वारा भेिा िाएगा तादक िह सजचि, बार काउंजसल ऑफ ददल्ली, 2/6, जसरी फोटग इंस्ट्टीट्यूिनल एररया, खेल गांि मागग,

नई ददल्ली-110049 तक जनयम 6 के अंतगगत अजधसूचना में जनर्ददष्ट जतजथ से पहले या उस जतजथ तक पहंच िाए।

रटप्पणी:

i)

नामांकन पत्र 5,000/- रुपये (केिल पााँच हिार रुपये) की कीमत पर जबक्री के जलए उपलब्ध होंगे। प्रत्येक उम्मीदिार को

अजधकतम 4 (चार) नामांकन पत्र िारी दकए िाएंगे।

ii)

प्रत्येक नामांकन पत्र के साथ 1,25,000/- रुपये (एक लाख पच्चीस हिार रुपये मात्र) का अप्रजतदेय िुल्क संलग्न होगा।

iii)

नामांकन िुल्क केिल जडमांड ड्राफ्ट/बैंकसग चेक (साधारण चेक नहीं) के माध्यम से स्ट्िीकार दकया िाएगा, िो "बार

काउंजसल ऑफ ददल्ली इलेक्िन अकाउंट" के पक्ष में िारी दकया गया हो और ददल्ली में देय हो।

Candidates how to be proposed.

Every candidate for election as a member of the Bar Council shall be proposed by one voter, and seconded by another

voter. The nomination paper shall be delivered to the Secretary, either personally or through an agent or send by

registered post so as to reach the Secretary, Bar Council of Delhi, 2/6, Siri Fort Institutional Area, Khel Gaon Marg,

New Delhi-110049, on or before the date specified in the notification under Rule 6.

NOTE:

i)

Nomination paper shall be available for Sale for a sum of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only).

Maximum 4 (four) nomination papers will be issued per candidate.

ii) Every nomination paper shall be accompanied by a non-refundable fee of Rs. 1,25,000/- (Rupees One Lac

Twenty-Five Thousand Only).

iii) The nomination fee shall be accepted only through Demand Draft/Bankers Cheque (Not ordinary cheque)

I am a regular practitioner and not a convict and has not been punished by any Disciplinary Committee (of Bar

Council of Delhi or Bar Council of India till the period before 9 months of the election). I have a valid certificate &

degrees duly recognized by concerned State Government. That any enrollment, if procured based on an invalid

certificate or degree shall not be treated to be valid for being a Member of any Bar Council of Delhi, irrespective of

inclusion of my name on the State-roll.

I further undertake that I am not doing any work of Handwriting expert or appearing as a witness in support of any

litigant.

Further, I confirm that I am qualified to be a member of the Delhi Bar Council and also to be a Voter in the Bar

Council of Delhi Elections to be held in February 2026.

I also confirm that I suffer from no disqualification for being a member of Bar Council of Delhi and also being a voter

for Bar Council of Delhi Elections to be held in February, 2026, as provided for in Chapter-I of Bar Council of India

Rules (for Qualification / Disqualification and produce for election and code of conduct for elections of S.B.C /

B.C.I.) 2023 issued vide Bar Council of India Notification No. F. No. BCI:D:3429/2023 dated 23.06.2023.

Further, any concealment shall attract appropriate disciplinary and criminal action, besides the cancellation of my

candidature by the Election Committee and also the removal of my name from the rolls of Bar Council of Delhi.
