सं. 03/जनयम/डी.एच.सी..—भारत के संजवधान के अनुच्छेि 215 सहपठित न्यायालय अवमानना अजधजनयम,

1971 की धारा 23 के अंतगगत प्रित्त िजियों तथा अन्य सभी आनुषंजगक िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए एवं दिल्ली उच्च

न्यायालय तथा इसके अधीनस्ट्थ न्यायालयों की अवमानना हेतु कायगवाजहयों को जवजनयजमत करने के जलए, दिल्ली उच्च

न्यायालय, न्यायालय अवमानना (दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय) जनयम, 2025 में एतद्द्वारा जनम्नजलजित संिोधन करता है :-

न्यायालय अवमानना (दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय) जनयम, 2025 के जनयम 9(1) के बाि जनम्नजलजित परंतुक िोडा िाएगा :-

बिते दक दकसी लंजबत मामले से उद्भूत जसजवल अवमानना याजचका, समावेिन अथवा संिभग को उस न्यायपीि के

समक्ष, िहां वह मामला लंजबत है, सूचीबद्ध दकया िाएगा।

नोट: यह संिोधन रािपत्र में इसके प्रकािन की जतजथ से प्रवृत्त होगा ।

NOTIFICATION

Delhi, the 22nd January, 2026

No. 03/Rules/DHC.—In exercise of the powers conferred under Article 215 of the Constitution of India read

with Section 23 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 and all other incidental powers and to regulate proceedings for

contempt of the High Court of Delhi and the Courts subordinate to it, the High Court of Delhi hereby makes the

following amendment in the Contempt of Courts (Delhi High Court) Rules, 2025:-

The following proviso shall be added after Rule 9(1) of the Contempt of Courts (Delhi High Court) Rules,

2025:-

Provided that a civil contempt petition, motion or reference arising out of a pending matter shall be

listed before the Bench where the matter is pending.

NOTE: This Amendment Shall Come Into Force From The Date Of Its Publication In The Gazette.
