दक दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय जनयम एवं आिेि, खंड V के अध्याय 1 के भाग-च के जनयम 1(ग) के अनुसरण में,

याजचका/अपील/आवेिन के संस्ट्थापन के समय, प्रजतवािी(गण)/ प्रत्यथी(गण)/ जवपक्षी पक्षकारों की संख्या चाहे िो हो,

याजचकाकताष/ अपीलकताष/ आवेिक द्वारा ₹1,000/- तथा उत्तर/ प्रजत-िपथपत्र/ प्रत्युत्तर िायर करते समय, प्रजतवािी/ जवपक्षी

पक्षकार द्वारा ₹500/- की एकमुश्त प्रदिया िुल्क िेय होगी एवं यह भी स्ट्पष्ट दकया िाता है दक एकमुश्त प्रदिया िुल्क में

दकसी भी प्रकार के अन्य आनुर्ंजगक उद्ग्रहण/ िुल्क िैसे दक प्रकािन, ढोल-नगाडा, चस्ट्पा, कमीिन इत्यादि संबंधी व्यय का

भुगतान अंतर्वष्ट नहीं होंगे।

उपयुषक्त िुल्क, रािपत्र में इसके प्रकािन की जतजथ से िेय होंगे।

NOTIFICATION

Delhi, the 24th January, 2026

No. 5/Rules/DHC.—Hon’ble the Chief Justice and companion Judges have been pleased to resolve that in

terms of Rule 1(c) of Part F of Chapter 1 of Volume V of Delhi High Court Rules and Orders, one-time process fee of

Rs. 1,000/- from the petitioner/appellant/applicant at the time of institution of the petition/appeal/application,

irrespective of the number of respondents/defendents/opposite parties and Rs. 500/- from the respondent/opposite party

shall be payable at the time of filing the reply/counter affidavit/response and it is clarified that one-time process fee

shall not include any other incidental levies / fees such as payment of expenses towards publication, beat of drums,

affixation, commission etc.

The above fee shall be chargeable from the date of its publication in the Gazette.
