NOTIFICATION
Delhi, the 2nd February, 2026
No. F. 8(23)/2016/DAM/MR/Pt-III/8021.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (I) of section
5 read with section 7 of Delhi Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Act, 1998 (Delhi Act No.7 of 1999) and in
supersession of all previous notifications issued for constitution/re-constitution of Delhi Agricultural Marketing Board,
in respect of Official Members, published in the official gazette, except as respects things done or omitted to be done
before such supersession, the Lt. Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi hereby reconstitutes the Delhi
Agricultural Marketing Board consisting of the following persons, with immediate effect, namely:
A. The Hon’ble Minister (Development), GNCTD.

B. The seven official members shall be as under:

Director of Agricultural Marketing, Delhi.

Special/Additional Commissioner, Development
(Representing Agriculture wing of Development Department).
