Sub-Section (1) of section 2 of the Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (46 of 2023), read with the Ministry of

Home Affairs, Government of India’s Notification No. S.O. 2506 (E), dated the 28^th June, 2024 (F. No.

U-11030/3/2024-UTL) and in suppression of Notification F. No. 1/2/2009/HP-I/Estt./3544-3552 dated the 27^th

September, 2013 issued by this Government, the Lieutenant Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi hereby

declares the National Investigation Agency (NIA) Head Quarters at NIA Building, opposite CGO Complex, Lodhi

Road, New Delhi- 110003 as the Police Station.
