3 Biswa 2 Biswansiland is required in the Village-Badusarai Sub-division/Tehsil Matiala District South-West Delhi
for public purpose, namely, Construction of4 Lane RCC Bridge at upstream of RD 14468m on Najafgarh Drain
for Irrigation and Flood Control Department (I&FC), Govt. of NCT of Delhi.
And whereas in exercise of powers conferred by Sub-Section (1) of Section 19 of the Right to Fair
Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 read with
Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs Notification S.O. 2740 dated 21st October, 2014, the Lt. Governor of
National Capital Territory of Delhi is hereby pleased to declare that a piece of land measuring 3 Biswa 2 Biswansiis
under acquisition for the above said project in the VillageBadusaraiSub-division/TehsilMatialaDistrict South-West

land may be inspected in the office of the Land Acquisition Collector District South West Delhi, Old Terminal Tax
