07 जिजध अजधकाठरयों को जििेष लोक अजभयोिक के रूप में जनयुि करते हैं। पास्ट् को अजधजनयम के सीबीआई मामलों के

संचालन के जलए िमानत, परीक्षण, अपील और पास्ट् को अजधजनयम से संबंजधत और उससे िुडे सभी अन्य जिजिध मामलों

सजहत सभी अिालती कायचिाही का संचालन करेंगे।

F. No. 11/14/H-DOP/2026/272-285.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (8) of section 18

of the Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (46 of 2023), read with the Government of India, Ministry of Home

Affairs Notification No. 11011/2/74-UTL (i) dated the 20^th March, 1974, the Competent Authority, is pleased to

appoint the following 07 Law Officers of Central Bureau of Investigation, as Special Public Prosecutors. They shall

conduct all court proceedings including Bail, Trial, Appeals, and all other Miscellaneous matters incidental to and

connected with POCSO Act for conducting CBI cases of POCSO Act.
