डीएमसी/रजिस्ट्रेिन/एफ.2/2/2026/339674-—िबदक, दिल्ली जचदकत्सा पररषि अजधजनयम, 1997

और दिल्ली जचदकत्सा पररषि जनयमावली, 2003 के प्रावधानों की िांच दिल्ली जचदकत्सा पररषि में पंिीकरण के जलए

अनापजि प्रमाण पत्र (एनओसी) प्राप्त करने की आवश्यकता के संबंध में की गई है;

और िबदक, यह िेखा गया है दक ऐसे दकसी जचदकत्सा व्यवसायी से अनापजि प्रमाण पत्र (एनओसी) प्रस्ट्तुत करने

को अजनवायय बनाने का कोई प्रावधान नहीं है िो:

(क) भारतीय जचदकत्सा पररषि अजधजनयम, 1956 के अधीनप्रथम, जितीय या तृतीय अनुसूची में जनर्ियष्ट मान्यता प्राप्त

जचदकत्सा योग्यता रखता हो; तथा

(ख) भारत में दकसी राज्य या केंद्र िाजसत प्रिेि की दकसी राज्य जचदकत्सा पररषि (एसएमसी) या राष्ट्रीय जचदकत्सा रजिस्ट्टर

(एनएमआर) या भारत सरकार िारा मान्यता प्राप्त दकसी अन्य राष्ट्रीय रजिस्ट्टर में पहले से पंिीकृत है।

अब इसजलए, राष्ट्रीय रािधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली में जचदकत्सा करने के इच्छुक आधुजनक वैज्ञाजनक जचदकत्सा प्रणाली

(एलोपैथी) के जचदकत्सकों को एति िारा िारा सूजचत दकया िाता है दक भारत के दकसी भी राज्य या केंद्र िाजसत प्रिेि की

दकसी भी राज्य जचदकत्सा पररषि (एसएमसी) या राष्ट्रीय जचदकत्सा रजिस्ट्टर (एनएमआर) या भारत सरकार िारा मान्यता

प्राप्त दकसी अन्य राष्ट्रीय रजिस्ट्टर में पंिीकृत आवेिक, िो दिल्ली जचदकत्सा पररषि में पंिीकरण कराना चाहता है, उसे

ऑनलाइन आवेिन पत्र में आवेिक िारा िी गई स्ट्व-घोषणा के आधार पर दिल्ली जचदकत्सा पररषि अजधजनयम, 1997 के

अन् तगयत पंिीकरण के जलए जवचाराणीय होंगे।

दिल्ली जचदकत्सा पररषि को कोई अजतररक्त वचन पत्र/अनुमोिन प्रस्ट्तुत करने की आवश्यकता नहीं है।

NOTIFICATION

Delhi, the 15th May, 2026

F. No. DMC/Reg./F.2/2/2026/339674.— Whereas, the provisions of the Delhi Medical Council Act, 1997 and

the Delhi Medical Council Rules, 2003 have been examined with regard to the requirement of obtaining a No Objection

Certificate (NOC) for registration with the Delhi Medical Council;

And whereas, it has been observed that there is no provision mandating the submission of a No Objection

Certificate (NOC) from a medical practitioner who:

(a) possesses a recognized medical qualification as specified in the First, Second, or Third Schedule to the Indian

Medical Council Act, 1956; and

(b) is already registered with any State Medical Council (SMC) of any State or Union Territory in India, or the National

Medical Register (NMR) or any other National Register recognized by the Government of India.

Now, therefore, it is hereby informed to practitioners of modern scientific system of medicine (allopathy) who

intends to practice in the NCT of Delhi that an applicant who is registered with any State Medical Council (SMC) of

any state or Union Territory in India, or the National Medical Register (NMR) or any other National Register recognized

by the Government of India and seeks registration with the Delhi Medical Council shall be considered for registration

under the Delhi Medical Council Act, 1997 on the basis of the self-declaration furnished by the applicant in the online

application form.

No additional undertaking/approval is required to be submitted to the Delhi Medical Council.
