section 18 of the Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the Competent Authority is pleased to appoint

Mohd Shahwar Khan, Advocate as Special Public Prosecutor to represent the State before the Ld. Trial

Court, as well before the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi in Criminal Case FIR No.-98/25, U/s-

318(4)/336(3)/338/339/340(2)/61(2)/ 143(3)/143(5) BNS & 14/14A(b) Foreigner Act, PS-Special Cell,

New Delhi on the following fee structure as proposed by Delhi Police vide their letter dated 09.10.2025.
