के परंतुक द्वारा प्रित्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा गृह सजचि, भारत सरकार के दिनांक 25 माचच, 2026 के अधचिासकीय

पत्र संख्या 45023/33/2022-पीपी(1) के द्वारा यथा संसूजचत पूिच अजििीरों के पुनिाचस हेतु भारत सरकार की नीजत के अनुसरण

में, राष्ट्रीय रािधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल एतद्द्वारा जनम्नजलजित ितों के अधीन दिल्ली अजििमन सेिा, राष्ट्रीय रािधानी

क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार में अजििमन ऑपरेटरों के पिों की सीधी भती में पूिच अजििीरों के जलए 20% क्षैजति आरक्षण प्रिान करते

हैं, अथाचत्:-

1. संबंजधत/लागू भती जनयमों में जनधाचठरत ऊपरी आयु सीमा के अजतठरि तीन (3) िर्च की आयु में छूट।

2. अजििीर योिना के प्रथम बैच के उम्मीििार को जनधाचठरत ऊपरी आयु सीमा से परे पांच िर्च (5) की आयु में छूट िी

िा सकती है।

3. पूिच अजििीरों को िारीठरक िक्षता परीक्षा (पीईटी) में छूट का जनणचय संबंजधत जिभाग द्वारा दकया िाएगा।

4. उपयुि पूिच अजििीरों की अनुपलब्धता की जस्ट्थजत में, क्षैजति आरक्षण पर भारत सरकार के लागू दििाजनिेिों का

पालन दकया िाएगा।

5. अन्य क्षैजति आरक्षण श्रेजणयों के समान ही, सभी पूिच-अजििीरों के जलए 20% क्षैजति आरक्षण उपलब्ध होगा।

F. No. 1/80/2026/Home-Admn./3716-24.— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of

the Constitution of India, read with the relevant Recruitment Rules governing the post of Fire Operator in Delhi Fire

Service, Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, and in pursuance of the policy of the Government of India

for rehabilitation of Ex-Agniveers, as communicated vide D.O. Letter No. 45023/33/2022-PP(1) dated 25th March, 2026

of the Home Secretary, Government of India, the Lieutenant Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi is pleased

to provide 20% horizontal reservation for Ex-Agniveers in direct recruitment to the post of Fire Operator in Delhi Fire

Service, Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, subject to the following conditions, namely:-

1. Three years (3) age relaxation above the prescribed upper age limit in the relevant/applicable Recruitment Rules.

2. Age relaxation of five years (5) beyond the prescribed upper age limit may be given to the candidate of the first batch

of Agniveer Scheme.

3. Relaxation in Physical Efficiency Test (PET) to Ex-agniveer shall be decided by the respective Department.

4. In case of non-availability of suitable ex-Agniveers, the applicable guidelines of Govt. of India on horizontal reservation

will be followed.

5. The 20% Horizontal Reservation will be available for all ex-Agniveers on lines of that for other Horizontal Reservation

Categories.
