section 18 of the Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the Competent Authority is pleased to appoint

Sh. Akhand Pratap Singh, Advocate as Special Public Prosecutor to represent the State before the Ld. Trial

Court in the matter of case FIR No. 126/2026, U/s 152/61 (2) BNS, Section 4/5 of the Explosive Substance

Act and Section 25 Arms Act, PS Special Cell, New Delhi on the following fee structure as proposed by

Delhi Police vide their letter dated 19.06.2026:-

This issues with the approval of Hon’ble Lieutenant Governor, GNCT of Delhi.
