Notice is hereby given that a petition under Section 433 (e) & (f) read with Section 434 of the Companies Act, 1956 for

the winding up of the above Respondent Company by the Hon’ble High Court at New Delhi on 28.01.2016, was

presented to the Hon’ble High Court by the Images Multimedia Private Limited, creditor of the Respondent Company.

The Hon’ble High Court of Delhi vide order dated 08.09.2017 passed in C.P.No.85/2016 appointed the Official

liquidator as the provisional liquidator of the company and directed the Official Liquidator to publish the advertisement

of petition. The next date of hearing in the said petition is fixed for 01.08.2018.

Any creditor, contributory or other person desirous of supporting or opposing the making of an order on the said

01.08.2018 and appear at the hearing for the purpose in person or by his advocate. A copy of the petition will be

furnished by the undermentioned to any creditor or contributory on payment of the prescribed charges for the same.
