Notice is hereby given that a petition under Section 433 (e) & (f) read with Section 434 of the Companies Act, 1956 for the
winding up of the above Respondent Company by the Hon’ble High Court at New Delhi 21.07.2017, was presented by
Smt Lalita Agarwal R/o 70-Pocket –B, SFS Flats, Sukhdev Vihar Delhi and that the said petition is directed to be heard
before the Court on 07.09.2018.
The Hon’ble High Court of Delhi vide order dated 21.07.2017 passed in C.P. No 442/2016 appointed the Official
liquidator as the provisional liquidator of the Company and directed the Official Liquidator to publish the advertisement
of petition. The next date of hearing in the said petition is fixed for 07.09.2018 at 10:30AM.

Any creditor, contributory or other person desirous of supporting or opposing the making of an order on the said
petition should send to the under mentioned notice of his intention signed by him or his advocate with his name and
address, so as to reach the under mentioned not later than 5 days before the date fixed for the hearing of the petition i.e.
07.09.2018 and appear at the hearing for the purpose in person or by his advocate. A copy of the petition will be
furnished by the under mentioned to any creditor or contributory on payment of the prescribed charges for the same.
Any affidavit intended to be used in opposition to the petition should be filed in Court, and a copy served on
the under mentioned not less than 5 days before the date fixed for the hearing.
