F. No. 3/1/2016-Judl./Vol.I/Suptlaw/781-783.—In pursuance of the provisions of Section 6 and 9 of the Indian

Christian Marriage Act 1872, the Lieutenant Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi is pleased to accord

approval to the grant of Christian Marriage License to Dr. Varghese Thomas, Senior Pastor, United Grace Church of

India, B-872, New Ashok Nagar, Delhi-110096, to solemnize marriages between Indian Christians within the National

Capital Territory of Delhi and to grant certificate of marriage, with immediate effect, for a period of three years.
