Notice is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above named company by the High

Court of Delhi at New Delhi was presented on 05.08.2014 by the petitioner residence of HSH Nordbank AG

R/o Luxembourg Branch, 2, Rue Jean Monnet, 2180, Luxembourg as a creditor and that the said petition is

directed to be heard before the Hon’ble Court on 14.05.2019.

The Hon’ble High Court of Delhi vide order dated 12.03.2018 passed in C. P. No. 340/2016 appointed the

Official Liquidator as the Provisional Liquidator of the Company and directed the Official Liquidator to

publish the advertisement of petition. The next date of hearing in the said petition is fixed for 26.07.2019 at

10:30 A. M.
