Notice is hereby given that a petition under Section 433(e) and 433(f), 434 and 439 of the Companies Act, 1956 for the

winding up of the above Respondent Company by the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi on 27.10.2017, was presented to

the Hon’ble High Court by the Planetcast Media Services Limited (formerly known as Essel Shyam Communication

Limited, 1121, Hemkunt Chambers, 11^th floor, 89, Nehru Place, New Delhi-110019, creditor of the Respondent

Company.

The Hon’ble High Court of Delhi vide order dated 27.10.2017 passed in C.P.No. 460/2016 appointed the Official

liquidator as the provisional liquidator of the company and directed the Official Liquidator to publish the advertisement

of petition. The next date of hearing in the said petition is fixed for 23.07.2019.

Any creditor, contributory or other person desirous of supporting or opposing the making of an order on the said

petition should send to the undermentioned notice of his intention signed by him or his advocate with his name and

address, so as to reach the undermentioned not later than 5 days before the date fixed for the hearing of the petition i.e.

23.07.2019 and appear at the hearing for the purpose in person or by his advocate. A copy of petition will be

the petitioner or his advocate, not less than 5 days before the date fixed for the hearing.
