no. No. F.9(38)/68/Estt./Coop./Vol-I/1626-36 and in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 3

of Delhi Co-operative Societies Act, 2003 (Delhi Act 3 of 2004) read with Rule 3(1) of DCS Rules 2007, the Hon’ble

Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi is pleased to appoint Sh. Sudhakar, DANICS as Deputy

Registrar Cooperative Societies, Delhi to assist the Registrar in discharging his duties and functions under the

aforesaid Act and Rules with effect from the date he assumed charge of the said office.
