Delhi, the 17th August, 2021
F. No. 3/2/2020-Judl./Suptlaw/765-768.—In pursuance of the provisions of Section 6 & 9 of the Indian
Christian Marriage Act 1872 (Act 15 of 1872), the Lieutenant Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi is
pleased to accord approval to the renewal of Christian Marriage License to Pastor Samuel Thomas attached to the City
Fellowship Centre, F-58, Green Park, New Delhi-110016 to solemnize marriages between Indian Christians within the
National Capital Territory of Delhi and to grant certificate of marriage, for a period of three years i.e. from 31st
December, 2019 to 30th December, 2022.

F.No. 1(211)/GA/DC/HQ/2019/1681.— In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (1)
of section 4 of the Waqf Act,1995 (43 of 1995) and rule 3 of the Delhi Waqf Rules, 1997 read with the
Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs Notification No. U-11030/2/96-UTL/SO 572 dated 19th
August, 1996 and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Lt. Governor of National Capital
Territory of Delhi hereby appoints, with immediate effect, Mohammed Ahsan Abid, (DANICS:1996) as
Survey Commissioner of Auqaf for the purpose of making a survey of Auqaf existing in the National
Capital Territory of Delhi.
