1. उपरोि अजिकारी की जनयुजि प्रारंभ में उनकी जनयुजि की जतजथ से एक र्र्ा की अर्जि के जलए पररर्ीक्षा पर िोगी
तथा पररर्ीक्षा अर्जि की समाजप्त उनके स्ट्र्तः स्ट्थायीकरण में पररणत निीं िोगी।

न्यायालय एर्ं अन्य”, (ii) एस.एल.पी. (जसजर्ल) सं. 19374/2016 िीर्ाक “के.के. िमाा र् अन्य बनाम ददल्ली उच्च
न्यायालय एर्ं अन्य”, (iii) एस.एल.पी. (जसजर्ल) सं. 27418/2016 िीर्ाक “ददनेि मनचंदा र् अन्य बनाम ददल्ली
उच्च न्यायालय एर्ं अन्य”, (iv) एस.एल.पी. (जसजर्ल) सं. 22722/2016 िीर्ाक “प्रजतमा रानी गुप्ता र् अन्य बनाम
ददल्ली उच्च न्यायालय एर्ं अन्य” तथा (v) ररर् याजचका (जसजर्ल) सं. 8016/2016 िीर्ाक “अतुल कुमार िमाा बनाम
ददल्ली उच्च न्यायालय एर्ं अन्य” के पररणाम के अध्यिीन िैं तथा इस िता के भी अध्यिीन दक उपरोि जनणायों के
दक्रयान्र्यन के पररणामस्ट्र्रूप यदद उनका र्ररष्ठता स्ट्तर अर्नत िोता िै तो र्े अपना स्ट्थान अपने से ऊपर आसीन
अजिकारी(गण) िेतु छोड़ने के जलए बाध्य िोंगे एर्ं यदद कोई ररजि उपलब्ि निीं िोती िै तो र्े प्रत्यार्र्तात िो
िाएाँगे|

2. The above appointment is subject to outcome of the (i) SLP (Civil) No. 20362/2016 titled ‘Ravinder
Pahuja & Ors. Vs High Court of Delhi & Ors.’, (ii) SLP (Civil) No. 19374/2016 titled ‘K.K. Sharma
& Ors. Vs High Court of Delhi & Ors.’, (iii) SLP (Civil) No. 27418/2016 titled ‘Dinesh Manchanda
& Ors. Vs. High Court of Delhi and Ors.’, (iv) SLP (Civil) No. 22722/2016 titled “Pratima Rani
Gupta & Others Vs High Court of Delhi and Ors.”, and (v) W.P.(C) No. 8016/2016 titled “Atul
Kumar Sharma Vs. Delhi High Court and Anr.’ and as also subject to the condition that in case as a
result of implementation of above decisions, his seniority position is depressed, he will be liable to
yield his position to the officer(s) placed senior to him and in case no vacancy is available, he will
stand reverted.
