Promotions made under this proviso would be

adjusted and from the 50% promotion quota."

परीक्षा में अनुजचत सािनों का प्रयोग करता पाया िाता िै उसकी

अभ्यर्थाता न केर्ल उस परीक्षा िेतु खाररि की िाएगी बजल्क उसे

ददल्ली उच्च न्यायालय द्वारा संचाजलत आगामी अन्य सभी भती

प्रदक्रयाओं के जलए भी प्रजतबंजित कर ददया िाएगा |

Hon'ble the Chief Justice of this Court has been pleased to amend Rule 5 of the 'Delhi High Court Establishment

(Appointment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 1972' so as to read as under:-

Condition of and eligibility for

appointment

A person shall be eligible for appointment on the establishment of the

High Court who:-

is a citizen of India: or

b. is a subject of Nepal, as per instructions issued by

Government of India from time to time; and

is medically fit:

d. is of a good character.

possesses the prescribed education qualifications from a

recognized University;

is not below 18 years of age and over 27 years of age on the

first day of January of the year in which the process of

recruitment is initiated.

Provided that the upper age limit for a member of a Scheduled

Caste or Scheduled Tribe shall be 32 years.

Provided that the upper age limit for direct recruitment in

respect of candidates belonging to Other Backward Classes shall be 30

years.

Provided that the upper age limit for the post of Deputy

Registrar (Accounts) under direct recruitment process shall be 45 years

for General Category Candidate, 48 years for Candidates belonging to

Other Backward Classes and 50years for candidates belonging to

Scheduled Castes / Scheduled Tribes Categories.

Provided that the upper age limit for the post of Private Secretary

/ Librarian shall be 35 years for the General Candidates and 40 years

for the members of Scheduled Castes/ Scheduled Tribes/ Other

Backward Classes.

Provided that the upper age limit for the post of Senior Personal

Assistant / Personal Assistant/ Junior Judicial Assistant/ Restorer shall

be 32 years for General Category Candidates, 35 years for Candidates

belonging to Other Backward Classes and 37 years for candidates

belonging to Scheduled Castes/ Scheduled Tribes Categories.

Provided further that the upper age limits in any of the aforesaid

proviso shall not apply to a person already serving on the

establishment of the High Court.

The candidature of such candidate, who would be found using unfair

debarred for all times to come for any of the other recruitment

processes conducted by High Court of Delhi.

नोट:

(i) उपरोि (क) एर्ं (ख) के अंतगात कोटा

ऑदिसर के पद के जलए उन्िीं कमाचाररयों पर

जर्चार दकया िाएगा िो कोटा ऑदिसर के

कताव्य को पूरा करने के जलए और उच्च

न्यायालय पररसर में रिने के जलए तैयार िों।

इस पद पर जनयुजि प्रारम्भ करने से पिले

कमाचाररयों की सम्मजत एक पररर्चन के रूप

में ली िाएगी। इस पद पर जनयुजि पूरी तरि

से ितों और कोटा ऑदिसर के कताव्य को पूरा

करने के अिीन िोगी।

(ii) उपरोि (i) के अंतगात कोटा ऑदिसर के

कताव्य को जनभाने के जलए कमाचाररयों की

अनुपलब्िता/ अजनच्छा की दिा में, कोटा

ऑदिसर के पद को न्याजयक सिायक के संर्गा

या उसके समतुल्य पद पर 3 र्र्ा की सेर्ा

सजित र्ररष्ठता-सि- उपयुिता के आिार पर

पदोन्नजत द्वारा भरा िाएगा

और

(iii) उपरोि (i) और (ii) के अंतगात

अनुपलब्िता की दिा में, कजनष्ठ न्याजयक

सिायक/ ररस्ट्टोरेर के संर्गा में से 5 र्र्ा की

सेर्ा या न्याजयक सिायक और कजनष्ठ न्याजयक

सिायक/ ररस्ट्टोरर के संर्गा में 5 र्र्ा की

सजम्मजलत सेर्ा के साथ र्ररष्ठता-सि-

उपयुिता के आिार पर पदोन्नजत द्वारा।

**जर्भागीय परीक्षा के माध्यम से जनयुजि करते समय, मौजखक परीक्षा/साक्षात्कार के अंक जलजखत परीक्षा के कुल अंकों के

15% से अजिक निीं िोंगे और सीिी भती के मामले में 25% से अजिक निीं िोंगे।
