The appointment of above mentioned officers will be on probation initially for a period of one
year from the date of their appointment [in terms of Govt. of India O.M. No. 28020/3/2018-
Estt.(D) dated 11.03.2019 read with Rule 8 of Delhi High Court Establishment (Appointment
& Conditions of Service) Rules, 1972].
2.
The appointment of Mr. Love Joy Melvin D. Cunha, Senior Judicial Assistant as Officiating
Court Master is also subject to the condition that upon repatriation of Mr. Joginder Kumar
Batra, Registrar who is on deputation to TDSAT, to this Court and resultantly in case no
vacancy of Court Master is available, he shall be reverted to his previous post.

Further, the above appointments are also subject to outcome of the pending representations
with regard to amendment/change in the ratio in the recruitment rules for appointment to the
post of Assistant Registrar.

Procedure (Act V of 1908) as amended by Amendment Act No. 104 of 1976 and Section 297(1)(b) of the Code of
Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Act 2 of 1974) and Section 3(2)(a) of the Oaths Act, 1969, High Court of Delhi has been
pleased to appoint the following advocates as Oath Commissioner in Rohini Courts Complex, New Delhi, for a

Civil Procedure (Act V of 1908) as amended by Amendment Act No. 104 of 1976 and Section 297(1)(b) of the Code
of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Act 2 of 1974) and Section 3(2)(a) of the Oaths Act, 1969, High Court of Delhi has been
pleased to appoint the following advocates as Oath Commissioner in Patiala House Courts Complex, New Delhi, for
a period of two years from the date of issue of this Notification or until further orders of this Court, whichever be
earlier, for administering oaths and affirmations to deponents of affidavits in accordance with terms specified in
paragraph 5 of Chapter 12-B, Punjab High Court Rules and Orders Volume IV (read with Section 7 of the Delhi High
