हुए, आस न्यायालय के माननीय मुख्य न्यायाधीि ‘ददल्ली ईच् च न्यायालय स्ट्थापना (जनयुजि एर्ं सेर्ा की ितें) जनयम,
1972’ में जनम्नजलजखत जनयम 6 ख सिर्ा ऄंतर्ललजखत करते िैं:-

जिां ऐसे कजनष्ठ कर्लमयों पर, जजन्िोंने ऄपनी ऄिाक/पात्रता सेर्ा पूरी कर ली िै, पदोन्नजत के जलए जर्चार दकया जा रिा िै,
र्िां ईनके र्ररष्ठ सिकर्लमयों पर भी जर्चार दकया जाएगा, बिते दक ईनकी ऄपेजक्षत ऄिाक/पात्रता सेर्ा, ऐसी
ऄिाक/पात्रता सेर्ा के अधे से ऄजधक या दो र्र्ा, जो भी कम िो, से कम न िो, तथा ईन्िोंने ऄपने ईन कजनष्ठ सिकर्लमयों के
साथ, जजन्िोंने ऐसी ऄिाक/पात्रता सेर्ा पिले िी पूरी कर ली िै, ऄगले ईच् चतर श्रेणी में पदोन्नजत के जलए ऄपनी पररर्ीक्षा
ऄर्जध सफलतापूर्ाक पूरी कर ली िो।
नोट:
ईपरोि समार्ेिन ऄथाात ददल्ली ईच् च न्यायालय स्ट्थापना (जनयुजि एर्ं सेर्ा की ितें) जनयम, 1972 में जनयम
6ख, सभी संर्गों की पदोन्नजत के मामलों में एक सामान्य प्रार्धान के रूप में लागू िोगा। ईपरोि संिोधन
तत्काल प्रभार् से लागू िोगा।

NOTIFICATION
Delhi, the 27th October, 2025
No. 87/Estt.I/EI-2/DHC.—In exercise of the powers vested under Article 229 of the Constitution of India,
Hon'ble the Chief Justice of this Court has been pleased to insert following Rule 6B in `Delhi High Court
Establishment (Appointment and Conditions of Service) Rules 1972’:-
6B.
Where juniors who have completed their qualifying/eligibility service are being considered for
promotion, their seniors would also be considered provided they are not short of the requisite
qualifying/eligibility service by more than half of such qualifying/eligibility service or two years,
whichever is less, and have successfully completed their probation period for promotion to the next
higher grade along with their juniors who have already completed such qualifying/eligibility service.
Note: The above inclusion i.e. Rule 6B in `Delhi High Court Establishment (Appointment and Conditions of
Service) Rules 1972’, shall be applicable in cases of promotion of all the cadres as a general provision. The
above amendment shall come into force with immediate effect.

(ख) सीधी भती से अने
र्ाले कमाचाररयों िेतु :
अिुलेखन एर्ं टंकण में
क्रमिः 110 िब्द प्रजत
जमनट एर्ं 40 िब्द प्रजत
जमनट की न्यूनतम गजत के
साथ स्नातक |
(ख)
50% ररजियां सीधी भती द्वारा जलजखत
परीक्षा के अधार पर भरी जाएंगी जजसमें
एक परीक्षा ऄंग्रेजी भार्ा (जनबंध, व्याकरण
और ऄनुर्ाद) की िोगी तदुपरांत एक
अिुजलजपक श्रुतलेख अयोजजत की जाएगी
जो दक कंप्यूटर/ टाआपराआटर पर जलप्यन्तररत
दकया जाएगा| चुने गए ऄभ्यथी मौजखक
परीक्षा** में भी भाग लेंगे|
(नोट:- प्रत्येक प्रजतभागी को दो अिुजलजपक
श्रुतलेख परीक्षा में ईपजस्ट्थत िोने का ऄर्सर
प्रदान दकया जाएगा तथा दोनों में से जो
ईत्तम िोगा ईस पर जर्चार दकया जाएगा |)
** जर्भागीय परीक्षा तथा सीधी भती द्वारा जनयुजि के जलए मौजखक-परीक्षा/ साक्षात्कार के ऄंक जलजखत परीक्षा के कुल
ऄंको के 15% से ऄजधक निीं िोंगे |
** साक्षात्कार में कोइ न्यूनतम ऄिाक ऄंक निीं िोंगे|

test.
(Note: Each participant will be
given opportunity to appear in two
shorthand dictation transcription
tests and best of the two will be
considered.)
•• Viva-voce/interview marks shall not be more than 15% of the total marks of the written examination while making
appointment through departmental examination as well as direct recruitment.
** There will be no minimum qualifying marks in the interview.
Note: The above amendment shall come into force with immediate effect.
