ईच् च न्यायालय एर्ं ऄन्य" के पररणाम के ऄध्यधीन िै तथा आस िता के भी ऄध्यधीन दक ईपरोि
जनणायों के दक्रयान्र्यन के पररणामस्ट्र्रूप यदद ईनका र्ररष्ठता स्ट्तर ऄर्नत िोता िै तो र्ि ऄपना
स्ट्थान ऄपने से उपर असीन ऄजधकारी(गण) िेतु छोड़ने के जलए बाध्य िोंगी एर्ं यदद कोइ ररजि

कायार्ािी के पररणाम पर श्री कौिल कुमार सचदेर्ा को दोर्मुि दकए जाने और ईन्िें पदोन्नजत के
जलए ईपयुि पाए जाने की जस्ट्थजत में और दकसी भी पूर्ोि पररदृश्य की जस्ट्थजत में या जैसा भी
मामला िो, संबंजधत पदोन्नत व्यजि को ईसके जपछले पद पर प्रत्यार्र्ततत दकया जा सकता िै।

SLP (C) No. 20313/2019 titled “Manmeet Singh & Anr. Vs. The Delhi High Court through Registrar
General & Ors.” and (iii) in case of exoneration of Mr. Kaushal Kumar Sachdeva upon the outcome of
the inquiry proceedings and he being found fit for promotion and in the event of any aforesaid
scenario or as the case may be, the concerned promotee will be liable to be reverted to his/her
previous post.
3. Her seniority shall be subject to outcome of the inquiry proceedings pending against Mr. Kaushal
Kumar Sachdeva (under suspension) and subject to outcome of SLP (Civil) No.20313/2019
titled“Manmeet Singh & Anr.Vs. The Delhi High Court through Registrar General & Ors.
4. Further, the appointment is also subject to outcome of the pending representations with regard to
amendment/ change in the ratio in the recruitment rules for appointment to the post of Assistant
Registrar.
