सं. 27/स्ट्था.I/इ.I.-1/डीएचसी.—भारत के संजर्धान के ऄनुच्छेद 229 के ऄंतगात प्रदत्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते

हुए, आस न्यायालय के माननीय मुख्य न्यायाधीि 'ददल्ली ईच्च न्यायालय कमाचारी (र्ररष्ठता) जनयम, 1971' के जनयम 6

को तत्काल प्रभार् से जनम्नानुसार सिर्ा संिोजधत करते िैं :-

"6. यदद चयन सीधी भती एर्ं पदोन्नजत, दोनों पद्धजतयों द्वारा दकया जाता िै, तो भारत सरकार के कार्ममक, लोक

जिकायत एर्ं पेंिन मंत्रालय के कार्ममक एर्ं प्रजिक्षण जर्भाग द्वारा जारी कायाालय ज्ञापन संख्या

20011/2/2019-स्ट्था.(डी), ददनांक 13.08.2021 में प्रजतपाददत जसद्धांत लागू िोंगे।"

Hon'ble the Chief Justice of this Court has been pleased to amend Rule 6 of „Delhi High Court Staff (Seniority)

Rules, 1971‟ with immediate effect as under:-

“6. In case there is selection by both mode i.e. direct recruitment and by promotion, then principles laid down

in the Office Memorandum No. 20011/2/2019-Estt.(D) dated 13.08.2021 issued by the Department of

Personnel & Training, Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances & Pension, Government of India, will

apply.”

„and interview‟ mentioned therein under the heading “Mode of Appointment”. After amendment, now, the said
