Preliminary Notification under section-4 of the

Land Acquisition Act, by the Additional Collector

Land Acquisition Act 1894 (I of 1894)

District : Kutch.

No. : ACIR/LAQ/NTFI/K-4/RAJ/388/21/06.

Whereas it appears to the Additional

Collector Saurashtra Kutch (Irrigation), Rajkot

empowered under Section 52-A of the Land

Acquisition Act that the lands Specified in the

Schedule hereto are likely to be needed for a

Public Purpose Viz, for Berachiya Irrigation

Scheme.

It is hereby notified under the provisions of

Section-1 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 (1 of

1894) that the said lands are likely to be needed

for the purpose specified above.

All persons interested in the said Lands are

hereby warned not to obstruct or interfere with any

surveyors or other persons employed upon the said

Lands for the purpose of the said Lands by sale,

lease, mortguage, assignment, exchange or

otherwise or any outlay or improvements.

Collector after the date of this Notification will

under Sec.-24 (7) of the said Act, be disregarded

by the Officer Assessing Compensation for such

parts of the said Lands are as may be finally

acquired.

If the Government of Gujarat is satisfied that

the Said Lands are needed for the aforesaid purpose,

a Final Notification to that effect under Section-6 of

the Said Act will be published in the Gujarat

Government of Gazette in due course. If the

Acquisition is in part of wholly abandoned the fact

will duly notified in the Gujarat Government

Gazetted.

Land Acquisition Act 1894 (I of 1894)

District : Junagadh.

1. Whereas it appears to the Additional

Collector, Saurashtra Kutch (Irrigation), Rajkot,

empowered under Section 52-A of the Land

Acquisition ACT that the lands specified in the

schedule hereto are likely to be needed for a public

purpose viz, for Ozat-2 Irrigation Scheme.

It is hereby notified under the provisions of

section-4 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 (1 of

1894) that the said lands are likely to be needed

for the purpose specified above.

2. All persons interested in the same said

lands are hereby warned not to obstruct or

interfere with any surveyors or other persons

employed upon the said lands for the purpose of

the said acquisition. Any contracts for the disposal

for the said lands by sale, lease, mortguage,

assignment, exchange or otherwise or any outlay

or improvements made therein, without the

sanction of the Additional Collector, after the date

of this notification will under Section-24

(Seventhly) of the said Act be disregarded by the

officer assessing compensation for such parts of

the said lands are as may be finally acquired.

3. If the Government of Gujarat is satisfied that

the said lands are needed for the aforesaid purpose,

a final notification to that effect under Section-6 of

the said Act will be published in the Gujarat

Government Gazette in due course. If the acquisition

is in part of wholly abandoned the fact will duly

notified in the Gujarat Government Gazetted.

Final Notification under Section-6 of the Land

Acquisition Act, 1894, by the Collector Where no

objections have been taken by the intrested persons

against the Land Acquisition proceedings.

Land Acquisition Act, 1894 (1 of 1894) :

District : Rajkot.

No. L.A.Q./Case No.9/2003.

Whereas by Collector, Rajkot, Notification

No. L.A.Q.- Case No. 9/2003/JASAPA/FA /No. 155/

01/VASHI/775 dated 29-05-06, it was notified that

the land specified in the Schedule hereto (here in

after referred to as the said land was likely to be

needed for the public purpose Viz : for Construction

a parcolation tank across River Bharigdo Near

Village Bamangadh, Tal. Bhesan, Dist. Junagadh.

And

whereas

the

Collector

of

Rajkot,

empowered under Section-52 (A) of the Land

Acquisition Act, 1894 is satisfied after Sub-section (2)

of Section 5-A of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 (I

of 1894) that no objections have been taken by

interested persons and that the said land is needed to

be acquired at the public expenses for the public

purpose specified in the Schedule hereto.

It is hereby declared under the provision of

Section-6 of the said Act that the land is required

for the public purpose specified in the Scheduled

hereto. The Special Land Acquisition Officer, Rajkot

is hereby appointed under clause (c) of Section-3 of

the said Act, read with Government Notification,

Revenue Department No. LAQ-2262-69177-K,

Dated 11th October, 1963 to perform the function of

Collector

for

all

proceedings

here

after

to be taken in respect of the said land. He ia also

directed under Section-7 of the said Act read with

Government Notification, Revenue Department

No. LAQ-2262-69177-K, dated 11th October, 1963

to take order for the acquision of the said land.

Land Acquisition Act, 1894 (1 of 1894)

District : Jamnagar.

No. : LAQ/CASE No. 1/06-07.

Whereas it appears to the Collector

Jamnagar, empowered under Section 52-A of the

Land Acquisition Act, 1894 that the lands specified

in the schedule hereto are likely to be needed for

a public purpose viz, for Vangadi Nani Sinchai Yogna.

It is hereby notified under the provisions of

Section-4 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 (1 of

1894) that the said lands are likely to be needed

for the purpose specified above.

2. All persons interested in the said lands are

hereby warned not to obstruct or interfere with any

surveyors or other persons employed upon the said

lands for the purpose of the said acquisition. Any

contracts for the disposal of the said lands by sale,

lease, mortgage, assignment, exchange or

otherwise or any outlay or improvement made

therein, without the sanction of the Collector

Jamnagar, after the date of this notification will

under Section-24 (seventh) of the said Act, be

disregarded by the officer assessing compensation

for such parts of the said lands as may be finally

acquired.

3. If the Government of Gujarat is satisfied

that the said lands are needed for the aforesaid

purpose, a final notification to the effect under

Section-6 of the said Act will be published

according to law in due course. If the acquisition

is in part or wholly abandoned, the fact will be

duly notified according to law.

4. Under clause (c) of Section-3 of the Land

Acquisition Act, 1894, read with Government

Notification, Revenue Department No. LAQ-2262-

69177-K, dated 11-10-63 the Collector, Jamnagar is

pleased to appoint the Assistant Collector, Khambhalia

to perform the functions of a collector under

Section 5-A of the said Act in respect of the said lands.

Land Acquisition Act, 1894 (I of 1894).

District : Amreli.

No. LAQ—1/05.

Whereas by Government Notification, Revenue

Department No. AM-78-1225-M/LAQ-1081-GH.

dated 22nd, December, 1981 issued under the power

conferred by Sub-section (2) of Section 52-A of the

Land Acquisition Act, 1894 (I of 1894) in its

application to the State of Gujarat the powers of the

State Government to issue final notification under

Section-6 except the powers to issue final notification

for the cases of acquisition of land under Section-17

of the said Act cases of acquisition of land which is

required for and on behalf of the Central Government,

cases of acquisition of land for the companies under

part-VII of the said Act have been received under

Section 5-A of the said Act have been delegated to

the collector of the District.

Whereas by Collector Amreli Notification

No. LAQ--1/05 Dated 26-2-2006 it was notified that

the lands specified in the Shedule hereto (herein after

refered to as the said lands) were likely to be needed for

the public purpose specified in the Schedule hereto.

And whereas Collector of Amreli is satisfied

after considering the report of the Assistant Collector,

Rajula under Sub-section (2) of the Section 5-A of

Land Acquisition Act, 1894 (I of 1894) that no

objections have been taken by interested persons and

that the said lands are needed to be acquired at the

public expense for the public purpose specified in the

shedhle hereto.

It is hereby declared under the provision of

Section-6 of the said Act that the lands are required

for the public purpose specified in the schedule

hereto.

The Assistant Collector in charge of Dhari

Taluka is hereby appointed under clause (C) of

Section-3 of the said act read with Government

Notification Revenue Department No. LAQ 2262-

69177-K, deted 11th. October, 1963, to perform the

functions of a Collector for all proceedings

hereafter to be taken in respect of the said lands. He

is also directed under Section--7 of the said Act read

with Government Notification Revenue Department

No. LAQ-2262-69177-K, dated 11th October, 1963

to take order for the acquisition of the said lands.

A plan of the said lands can be inspected at the

office of the Assistant Collector, Rajula.

for a public purpose viz. for Nyari-2 Irrigation

Scheme.

It is hereby notify under the provisions

of Section-1 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894

(1 of 1894) that the said lands are likely to be

needed for the purpose Specified above.

All persons interested in the said Lands are

hereby warned not to obstruct or interfere with any

surveyors or other persons enployed upon the said

Lands for the purpose of the said Lands by sale,

lease, mortgage, assignment, exchange or

otherwise or any outlay or improvement. Collector,

after the date of this Notification will under

Section-24 (7) of the said Act be disregarded by

the Officer Assessing Compensation for such parts

of the said Lands are as may be finally acquired.

If the Government of Gujarat is satisfied the

Said Lands are needed for the aforesaid purpose,

a Final Notification to that effect under Section-6

of the Said Act will be published in the Gujarat

Government of Gazette in due course. If the

Acquisition is in part or wholly abandoned the fact

will be duly notified in the Government Gazette.

Acquisition Act-1894 read with Government

Notification No. LAQ-2262-69177-K, dated

For "Construction of missing link from

Kamnath to Gadodar on Mangrol-Kamnath

Chotilividi-Malia road, (Section-II) Chotilividi

Rehabilition (Irrigation), Jamnagar under

Sub-section (2) of Section-5 of the Land

Acquisition Act, 1894 (1 of 1894) that no

objections have been taken by interested persons

and that the said lands are needed to be acquired

at the public expense for the public purpose

specified in the Schedule hereto.

It is hereby declared under the provision of

Section-6 of the said Act that the lands are

required for the public purpose specified in the

schedule hereto. The Deputy Collector, Land

Acquisition and Rehabilition (Irrigation),

Jamnagar is hereby appointed under clause (c) of

Section-3 of the said Act, read with Government

Notification, Revenue Department No. LAQ/2262/

69177-K-4 dated 11th October, 1963 to perform

the functions of a Collector for all proceeding

hereafter to be taken in respect of the said lands.

He is also directed under Section-7 of the said Act

read with Government Notification, Revenue

Department No. LAQ/2262/69177-K, dated 11th

October, 1963 to take order for the acquisition of

the said lands.

A plan of the said lands can be inspected at the

Office of the Deputy Collector, Land Acquisition and

Rehabilitation (Irrigation), Jamnagar.

Preliminary Notification under section-4 of

the Land Acquisition Act, by the Collector

Land Acquisition Act 1894 (I of 1894)

District : Porbandar..

Whereas by Government Notification, Revenue

Department No. AM/78/2094-M/LAQ-1078-1081-

LA-IV, Dt 26-10-78 issued under the powers

conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 52-A of the

Land Acquisition Act 1894(Act No. I of 1894) in its

application to the State of Gujarat the power of the

State Government to issue preliminary notification

under section-4 execept the power to issue

preliminary final notification for the acquisition of

Landfor the companies under part VII of the said Act

have been delegated to the Collectors of District.

And whereas it appears to the Collector of

PORBANDAR DISTRICT that the land specifiec in

the schedule here to are likely to be needed for a

public purpose Viz. for Kerly T. R. Radial Canal

Village Odadar Dist. Porbandar.

1. It is hereby notified under the provision of

section 4 of the land Acquisition Act (I of 1894) that

the said lands are likely to be needed for the purpose

specified above.

2. All persons interested in the said lands are

hereby warned not to obstruct or interfere with any

surveyors or other persons enployed upon the said

lands for the purpose of the said acquisition. Any

contracts for the disposal of the said lands by sale,

lease, mortgage, assignment, exchange or

otherwise or any outlay or improvement made

therein, without the sanction of the Collector, after

the date of this notification made therein without

will under section 24 (Seventh) of the said Act, be

disregarded by the officer assessing compensation

for such parts of the said lands as may be finally

acquired.

3. If the Government of Gujarat is satisfied that

the said lands are needed for the aforesaid purpose,

a final notification to the effect under section-6 of

the said Act will be published in the Gujarat

Government Gazette in due course. If the acquisition

is in part or wholly abandoned, the fact will be duly

notified in Gujarat Government Gazette.

4. Under clause (c) of section 3 of the Land

Acquisition Act, 1894, read with Government

Notification, Revenue Department No. LAQ-2262-

69177-K, Dt. 11-10-63 the Collector, Porbandar

District Porbandar to appoint the Deputy Collector,

Porbandar to perform the functions of a Collector

under Section 5-A of the said Act in respect of

said Lands.
