(The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation

Resettlement Act, 2013 (30 of 2013)

District : Navsari

No: AM-M-2025-386-LNV-142025-967-GH:- Whereas it appears to the Government of Gujarat, that the land is likely

to be needed for public purpose viz. for the purpose of construction of the infrastructure project of “Construction of

Four-Lane Road on Eru-Italva-Sisodra Road K.m. 0/0 to 7/6”.

Now therefore in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section (2) of “The Right to Fair

Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (30 of 2013)

(herein after referred to as “The Act”) and the Rules made there-under, it is hereby notified that the Government

of Gujarat intends to acquire the said land for the public purpose of the infrastructure project specified above.

Now whereas a proposal is made for acquisition of the above mentioned proposed project of “Construction of

Four-Lane Road on Eru-Italva-Sisodra Road K.m. 0/0 to 7/6” the bare minimum area of land to be acquired, for

the Project is H.A. 00-60-50 Sq.mtr. and is situated within the boundary limit of: Village: Eroo, Taluka:

Jalalapor, Dist. Navsari.

Now whereas it appears to the State Government that it is expedient to exempt in public interest such area of

H.A. 00-60-50 Sq.mtr. of land to be acquired, for the above stated infrastructure project, from the application of

the provision of chapter II and III of the Act.

Now therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 10(A) of The Act [inserted by section 3 of The

RFCTLARR (Gujarat Amendment) Act, 2016] (Gujarat Act No. 12 of 2016) The Government of Gujarat, hereby

exempt in public interest, the area of H.A. 00-60-50 Sq.mtr. land is situated within the boundary limit of:

Village: Eroo, Taluka: Jalalapor, Dist. Navsari to be acquired for the “Construction of Four-Lane Road on Eru-

Italva-Sisodra Road K.m. 0/0 to 7/6” from the application of the provision of chapter II and III of The Act.

જાહેર હેત ના આાંતરમાળખાિીય પ્રોજેક્ટ માટે જમીનની જરૂર પડવાનો સાંભવ છે, એવ ાં ગ જરાત સરિારને જણાય છે.

(૧)

તેથી જમીન સાંપાદન, પ ન:સ્થાપન અને પ નનવસનમાાં વ્યાજબી વળતર અને પારદર્નિતા અચધિાર અચધચનયમ-૨૦૧૩ (૨૦૧૩નો ૩૦મો)

(જેનો આમાાં હવે પછી “સદરહુ અચધચનયમ” તેમ ઉલ્લેખ િરવામાાં આવેલ છે તે)ની િલમ-૨(૧) તથા તે અાંગેના ચનયમોથી મળેલ

અચધિાર અન્વયે ગ જરાત સરિાર આથી ઉપરોક્ત આાંતરમાળખાિીય પ્રોજેક્ટના જાહેર હેત માટે િાયદાન સાર સાંપાદન િરવાનો ઈરાદો

જાહેર િરે છે.

હવે જ્યારે ઉક્ત સૂચિત પ્રોજેક્ટ “એરૂ-ઇટાળવા-ચસસોદ્રા રોડ કિ.મી. ૦/૦ થી ૭/૬ રસ્તાન ાં િારમાગીયિરણ”ના જાહેર હેત માટે જમીન

સાંપાદન માટેની દરખાસ્ત રજૂ થયેલ છે, ત્યારે આ પ્રોજેક્ટ માટે સાંપાદન િરવાની થતી ઉપરોક્ત ઓછામાાં ઓછી જમીનનો િુલ ચવસ્તાર

હે. આરે. ૦૦-૬૦-૫૦ િો. મી. છે અને તે મોજે. એરૂ, તા. જલાલપોર, ચજ. નવસારીની હદમાાં આવેલ છે.

હવે જ્યારે ઉપરોક્ત આાંતરમાળખાિીય પ્રોજેક્ટ માટે સદરહુ સાંપાદન િરવાની થતી ક્ષેત્રફળ હે. આરે. ૦૦-૬૦-૫૦ િો. મી. જમીનને

સદરહુ અચધચનયમના પ્રિરણ-૨ અને ૩ની જોગવાઈઓની અમલવારીમાાંથી મ ચક્ત આપવાન ાં રાજ્ય સરિારને જાહેર ચહતમાાં આવશ્યિ

જણાય છે.

(૪) તેથી સદરહુ અચધચનયમની િલમ-૧૦(એ) (જમીન સાંપાદન, પ ન:સ્થાપન અને પ નનવસનમાાં વ્યાજબી વળતર અને પારદર્નિતા

(ગ જરાત સ ધારા) અચધચનયમ-૨૦૧૬ (૨૦૧૬નો ગ જરાત અચધચનયમ-નાં.૧૨)ની િલમ-૩થી દાખલ િરેલ) થી મળેલ અચધિારો

અન્વયે, રાજ્ય સરિાર આથી જાહેર ચહતમાાં “એરૂ-ઇટાળવા-ચસસોદ્રા રોડ કિ.મી. ૦/૦ થી ૭/૬ રસ્તાન ાં િારમાગીયિરણ”ના

આાંતરમાળખાિીય પ્રોજેક્ટ માટે સાંપાદન થતી જમીનમાાં સમાચવષ્ટ થયેલ મોજે. એરૂ, તા. જલાલપોર, ચજ.નવસારીની ક્ષેત્રફળ હે. આરે.

૦૦-૬૦-૫૦ િો. મી. જમીનને સદરહુ અચધચનયમના પ્રિરણ-૨ અને ૩ની જોગવાઈઓની અમલવારીમાાંથી મ ચક્ત આપે છે.
