to be needed for public purpose viz. for the purpose of construction of the infrastructure project of “Constructing the Ukai

Left Bank High Level Canal Purna to Ambika Extension Main Canal ch. 58530

Now therefore in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section (2) of “The Right to Fair

Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (30 of 2013)

(herein after referred to as “The Act”) and the Rules made there-under, it is hereby notified that the Government

of Gujarat intends to acquire the said land for the public purpose of the infrastructure project specified above.

Now whereas a proposal is made for acquisition of the above mentioned proposed project of “Constructing the

Ukai Left Bank High Level Canal Purna to Ambika Extension Main Canal ch. 58530

તેથી જમીન સાંપાદન, પુન:સ્થાપન અને પુનાવસનમાાં વ્યાજબી વળતર અને પારદશાકતા અચધકાર અચધચનયમ-૨૦૧૩( )૨૦૧૩નો ૩૦મો(

)જેનો આમાાં હવે પછી “સદરહું અચધચનયમ” તેમ ઉલ્લેખ કરવામાાં આવેલ છે તે( ની કલમ-૨)૧( તથા તે અાંગેના ચનયમોથી મળેલ

અચધકાર અન્વયે ગુજરાત સરકાર આથી ઉપરોક્ત આાંતરમાળખાકીય પ્રોજેક્ટના જાહેર હેતુ માટે કાયદાનુસાર સાંપાદન કરવાનો ઈરાદો

જાહેર કરે છે.

હવે જ્યારે ઉક્ત સૂચિત પ્રોજેક્ટ મોજે.ડોલવણ તા.ડોલવણ, ચજ.તાપી ખાતે ઉકાઇ ડાબા કાાંઠા હાઇ લેવલ મેઇન કેનાલ પુણાા ટુ અાંચબકા

એક્ષટેન્શન સાાંકળ-૫૮૫૩૦ મી. થી ૬૦૧૫૦ના જાહેર હેતુ માટે જમીન સાંપાદન માટેની દરખાસ્ત રજૂ થયેલ છે, ત્યારે આ પ્રોજેક્ટ

માટે સાંપાદન કરવાની થતી ઉપરોક્ત ઓછામાાં ઓછી જમીનનો કુલ ચવસ્તાર હે.આરે. ૦૨-૪૭-૦૧ િો.મી. છે અને તે મોજે.ડોલવણ

તા.ડોલવણ ચજ. તાપીની હદમાાં આવેલ છે.

હવે જ્યારે ઉપરોક્ત આાંતરમાળખાકીય પ્રોજેક્ટ માટે સદરહું સાંપાદન કરવાની થતી ક્ષેત્રફળ હે.આરે. ૦૨-૪૭-૦૧ િો.મી. જમીનને

સદરહું અચધચનયમ ના પ્રકરણ-૨ અને ૩ ની જોગવાઈઓની અમલવારીમાાંથી મુચક્ત આપવાનુાં રાજ્ય સરકારને જાહેર ચહતમાાં આવશ્યક

જણાય છે.

સરકાર આથી જાહેર ચહતમાાં “મોજે.ડોલવણ તા.ડોલવણ, ચજ.તાપી ખાતે ઉકાઇ ડાબા કાાંઠા હાઇ લેવલ મેઇન કેનાલ પુણાા ટુ અાંચબકા

એક્ષટેન્શન સાાંકળ-૫૮૫૩૦ મી. થી ૬૦૧૫૦ ના આાંતરમાળખાકીય પ્રોજેક્ટ માટે સાંપાદન થતી જમીનમાાં સમાચવષ્ટ થયેલ મોજે.

ડોલવણ, તા.ડોલવણ ચજ.તાપીની ક્ષેત્રફળ હે.આરે. ૦૨-૪૭-૦૧ િો.મી. જમીનને સદરહું અચધચનયમના પ્રકરણ-૨ અને ૩ ની

જોગવાઈઓની અમલવારીમાાંથી મુચક્ત આપે છે.
