તા.૧૯/૦૯/૨૦૧૬ના ઠરાવ ક્રર્ાાંક. વીસીએ/૧૦૨૦૧૬/ ૪૨૯૫૪૭/ગ-૨ ની જોગવાઇ અનુસાર ઉર્ેદવારે/ઉર્ેદવારોએ સાંબાંચધત

સત્તાચધકારી પાસેથી ર્ેળવવાના રહેતા િારરત્ર્ય, વતાણૂાંક અને પૂવા વૃત્તાાંત પ્રર્ાણપત્ર તથા ગુજરાત ર્ુલ્કી સેવા (નોકરીની સાર્ાન્ય શરતો)

ચનયર્ો, ૨૦૦૨ના િેપ્ટર-૩ ના ચનયર્-૧૧ ર્ુજબ તબીબી યોગ્યતા પ્રર્ાણપત્રો રજૂ કરવાના રહેશે. પ્રર્ાણપત્રોર્ાાં તેઓની ચનર્ણૂક

ર્ાટેની યોગ્યતા અાંગે કશુાં ચવરુદ્ધ નહીં હોવાની શરતે, િારરત્ર્ય, વતાણૂક અને પૂવા વૃત્તાાંત પ્રર્ાણપત્ર વધુર્ાાં વધુ ૬(છ) ર્ાસર્ાાં તથા ગુજરાત

ર્ુલ્કી સેવા (નોકરીની સાર્ાન્ય શરતો) ચનયર્ો, ૨૦૦૨ ના પ્રકરણ-3 નોકરીની સાર્ાન્ય શરતો ના ચનયર્-૧૧ ર્ુજબ અજર્ાયશી ધોરણે

ચનર્ણૂક પાર્તા અચધકારીઓને સરકારી નોકરીર્ાાં કાયર્ી જગા પર કાયર્ી રીતે ચનર્ણૂાંક આપવાર્ાાં આવે તે પહેલાાં અથવા ચનર્ણૂાંકની

તારીખથી છ ર્ાસની નોકરી પૂરી થાય તે પહેલાાં, એ બે ર્ાાંથી જે વહેલુાં હોય તે પહેલાાં તેણે પરરચશષ્ટ-૩ ર્ુજબ દશાાવેલ નર્ૂના ર્ુજબનુાં

તબીબી અચધક્ષક પાસેથી તાંદુરસ્તીનુાં પ્રર્ાણપત્ર ર્ેળવી રજૂ કરવાની શરતે ચનર્ણૂક આપવાની રહે છે.

આ અાંગેની લેચખત બાાંહેધરી તેઓએ હાજર થતા પહેલા આ ચવભાગને આ સાથે ચબડેલ પરરચશષ્ટ-૧ (બાહેધરી પત્રક)ર્ાાં આપવાની

રહેશે. િારરત્ર્ય, વતાણૂાંક અને પૂવા વૃત્તાાંત કે શારીરરક યોગ્યતા અાંગેના પ્રર્ાણપત્રોર્ાાં જો તેઓ અયોગ્ય પૂરવાર થશે તો આ અચધસૂિનાથી

આપેલ ચનર્ણૂકનો અાંત લાવવાર્ાાં આવશે.

સાર્ાન્ય વહીવટ ચવભાગના તા. ૧૯-૯-૨૦૧૬ના પરરપત્રના ચનયત નર્ૂના-૧ ર્ુજબ ઉર્ેદવાર દ્વારા આપેલ સ્વ-કબુલાતનાર્ા ર્ુજબ

પૂવા ઇચતહાસ અને સારા િારરત્ર્ય અાંગેનુાં પ્રર્ાણપત્ર ચજલ્લા પોલીસ વડા પાસેથી રજૂ કરવાની શરતે ચનર્ણૂાંક આપવાની રહે છે.

૨. ઉક્ત ઉર્ેદવાર/ઉર્ેદવારોને નાયબ પ્રાદેચશક ફાયર અચધકારી, વગા-૨ની જગા પર પ્રથર્ બે વર્ા ર્ાટે અજર્ાયશી ધોરણે તદ્દન હંગાર્ી અને

કાર્િલાઉ ચનર્ણૂક આપવાની થાય છે. ચવભાગના સને ૨૦૨૦ના ભરતી ચનયર્ોથી ચનયત થયેલ તાલીર્/કોસા કરવાનો રહેશે. તેર્જ

ચવભાગ દ્વારા નક્કી કરવાર્ાાં આવનાર તાલીર્ કાયાક્રર્ ર્ુજબ તાલીર્ ર્ેળવવાની રહેશે.

૩. આ ઉર્ેદવારે/ઉર્ેદવારોએ આ હુકર્ની તારીખથી ૩૦ રદવસની અાંદર ચનયાર્કશ્રી, રાજ્ય અગ્નિ ચનવારણ સેવાની કિેરી, ડૉ.જીવરાજ

ર્હેતા ભવન, ગાાંધીનગર ખાતે હાજર થવાનુાં રહેશે તથા ભચવષ્યર્ાાં લેવાની થતી તાલીર્ની જગ્યાએ પોતાના ખિે હાજર થવાનુ રહેશે.

તાલીર્ર્ાાં હાજર/ચનર્ણૂાંકના સ્થળે હાજર થવા ર્ાટેની સર્ય ર્યાાદા વધારવાર્ાાં આવશે નહી. ચનયત સર્યર્ાાં હાજર ન થાય તો તેની

અસર પ્રવરતા પર પડશે. તાલીર્ ર્ાટે ચનયત તારીખે હાજર થવાર્ાાં ચનષ્્ળ નીવડે તેવા ઉર્ેદવાર/ઉર્ેદવારો સદરહુ સેવાર્ાાં જોડાવા

ઇચ્છ્તા નથી તેવુ સ્પષ્ટપણે ર્ાની લઇને તેઓની ચનર્ણૂાંક રદ કરવાર્ાાં આવશે. ચસવાય કે તેઓની કાબૂ બહારના હોય તેવા અસાધારણ

સાંજોગો / કારણો અાંગે સરકારને ખાતરી થતાાં ચનયત તારીખ બાદ હાજર થવાની પરવાનગી આપવાર્ાાં આવશે.

૪. આ ઉર્ેદવાર/ઉર્ેદવારોને ૨(બે) વર્ા ર્ાટે તદ્દન હંગાર્ી અને કાર્િલાઉ રીતે અજર્ાથી ધોરણે ચનર્ણૂક આપવાર્ાાં આવે છે. ચનર્ણૂક

પાર્તા ઉર્ેદવાર/ઉર્ેદવારોનો અજર્ાયશી સર્ય સાંતોર્કારક રીતે પૂણા થયા બાદ તેઓને ચનયચર્ત ચનર્ણૂક આપવાની રહે છે.

૫. અજર્ાયશી સર્ય દરમ્યાન નાયબ પ્રાદેચશક ફાયર અચધકારી, વગા-૨ની જગ્યા (પે ર્ેટ્રીક્સ લેવલ ૦૮ (રૂ.૪૪૯૦૦-૧૪૨૪૦૦)) ના

ન્યુનત્તર્ તબક્કે ર્ુકવાના રહેશે તથા ચનયર્ોનુસાર અન્ય ભથ્થા ર્ળવા પાત્ર થશે. અને તેઓ અજર્ાયશીની સર્ગ્ર ર્ુદત્ત દરમ્યાન તે

પગાર ર્ેળવશે. અજર્ાયશી સર્ય સાંતોર્કારક રીતે પૂરો કયાા બાદ તેર્નો પગાર નક્કી કરવા ર્ાટે અજર્ાયશી સર્યને ઇજાફાના હેતુ ર્ાટે

ફરજ તરીકે ગણવાર્ાાં આવશે. જે ઉર્ેદવાર/ઉર્ેદવારો હાલ ગુજરાત સરકારની નોકરીર્ાાં છે તેઓના પગાર, રજા વગેરે ગુજરાત ર્ુલ્કી સેવા

ચનયર્ો, ૨૦૦૨ની જોગવાઇને આધીન રહેશે.

૬. નોકરીની અન્ય શરતો, દા.ત. ચશસ્ત-વતાણૂાંક, પગાર-ભથ્થા, રજા, પેશગીઓ વગેરે સરકારે વખતોવખત નક્કી કરેલ ચનયર્ોથી ચવચનયચર્ત

થશે.

૭. આ ઉર્ેદવારે/ઉર્ેદવારોએ, સાર્ાન્ય વહીવટ ચવભાગના તા.૦૩/૧૨/૧૯૮૬ના પરરપત્ર ક્રર્ાાંક:- સીડીઆર-૧૧૮૬-યુઓ રર૪૪-ગ.ર ની

જોગવાઇઓ અન્વયે ચનયત નર્ૂના ર્ુજબ સોગાંદ લેવાના રહેશે.

૮. ઉર્ેદવારે/ઉર્ેદવારોએ, ગુજરાત ર્ુલ્કી સેવા વગીકરણ અને ભરતી (સાર્ાન્ય) ચનયર્ો, ૧૯૬૭ના ચનયર્-૧ થી ઠરાવ્યા અનુસાર ગુજરાતી

અથવા ચહન્ દી અથવા બાંને ભાર્ાઓની પરીક્ષાઓ સરકારે વખતોવખત નક્કી કરેલ પ્રવતાર્ાન હુકર્ો ર્ુજબ પાસ કરવાની રહેશે.

૯. અજર્ાયશીઓએ પ્રત્યક્ષ તાલીર્ દરમ્યાન કરેલ પ્રગચત અાંગેના ર્ૂલ્યાાંકન અહેવાલો (Appraisal Report) સાર્ાન્ય વહીવટ ચવભાગના

તા.૦૯/૦૬/૧૯૮૯ના પરરપત્ર ક્રર્ાાંકઃ પીઆરઓ-૧૦૮૬-૫૦૬૮-ગ-૨ થી ચનયત થયેલ નર્ૂનાર્ાાં, ૨(બે) નકલર્ાાં સરકારશ્રીને ચનયચર્ત

ર્ોકલવાનુાં કાયા અજર્ાયશીની જે જગા સાર્ે ફાળવણી/ચનર્ણૂક કરવાર્ાાં આવી છે તે જગાના સત્તાચધકારીએ જ કરવાનુાં રહેશે. જેથી દરેક

સાંબાંચધત સત્તાચધકારીએ આ બાબતે અાંગત ધ્યાન આપી સૂિવ્યા પ્રર્ાણેની કાયાવાહી થાય તેની કાળજી રાખવી. અહેવાલો રજી.એ.ડી.થી

અથવા રુબરુર્ાાં ર્ોકલવાના રહેશે જેથી ટપાલર્ાાં ગેરવલ્લે જવાનો સાંભવ ન રહે. તેર્જ સાર્ાન્ય વહીવટ ચવભાગના તા.૩૦/૦૩/૧૯૮૯ના

પરરપત્ર ક્રર્ાાંક-પીઆરઓ-૧૦૮૧-૧૭-૯-ગ-૨ અન્વયે વખતોવખત આપવાર્ાાં આવેલ ર્ાગાદશાક સૂિનાઓનો અર્લ કરવાનો રહેશે.

૧૦. આ ઉર્ેદવાર/ઉર્ેદવારો ચનયત પરીક્ષા, ચનયત કરેલ સર્યર્યાાદાર્ાાં અને ચનયત તકોર્ાાં ઉત્તીણા કરવાર્ાાં ચનષ્ફળ જશે અને/અથવા

અજર્ાયશી સર્ય દરમ્યાનની કાર્ગીરી અાંગે ઉપરી અચધકારીઓએ ર્ોકલાવેલા અહેવાલના આધારે અજર્ાયશી સર્ય દરમ્યાનની તેર્ની

સેવા/કાર્ગીરી સક્ષર્ સત્તાચધકારીને સાંતોર્કારક નચહ જણાય તો :

(અ) અજર્ાયશી સર્ય દરમ્યાન કોઇપણ નોરટસ આપ્યા વગર તાત્કાચલક અસરથી તેઓની નોકરીનો અાંત લાવવાર્ાાં આવશે. આર્,

અજર્ાયશી સર્ય દરમ્યાનની સેવા તદ્દન હંગાર્ી અને કાર્િલાઉ (Purely temporary) ગણાશે, અથવા

(બ) અજર્ાયશી ર્ુદત લાંબાવવાનો પ્રસાંગ ઉપગ્નસ્થત થયે જે તે કેસના ગુણદોર્ના આધારે ચવિારણા કરવાર્ાાં આવશે. આ અાંગે અલગથી

હુકર્ કરવાર્ાાં આવશે.

૧૧. આ ઉર્ેદવારે/ઉર્ેદવારોએ ફાળવણી/ચનર્ણૂકવાળી જગ્યાએ હાજર થતા પહેલા જો તેઓ અગાઉની સરકારી કે અધાસરકારી નોકરીર્ાાં હોય

તો તે સેવાર્ાાંથી તેઓને છૂટા કરવાર્ાાં આવ્યા છે/ફરજ ર્ુક્ત કરવાર્ાાં આવ્યા છે તે ર્તલબનો હુકર્ (રીલીવ ઓડાર) હાજર થતી વખતે

રજૂ કરવાનો રહેશે.

૧૨. જે ઉર્ેદવાર/ઉર્ેદવારો હાલ નોકરીર્ાાં િાલુ હોય અને જેર્ણે અરજીપત્ર સાથે કે રૂબરૂ ર્ુલાકાત વખતે આયોગર્ાાં પોતાની કિેરીનુાં

“ના વાાંધા પ્રર્ાણપત્ર" (N.O.C.) રજૂ ન કયું હોય તો તેર્ણે ચનર્ણૂક પાર્તાાં પહેલા સબાંચધત અચધકારીશ્રી સર્ક્ષ "ના વાાંધા પ્રર્ાણપત્ર"

રજૂ કરવાનુાં રહેશે.

૧૩. આ ઉર્ેદવારે/ઉર્ેદવારોએ ગુજરાત ર્ુલ્કી સેવા કોમ્પ્યુટર કૌશલ્ય તાલીર્ અને પરીક્ષા ચનયર્ો, ૨૦૦૬ ની જોગવાઈઓ અનુસાર

અજર્ાયશી સર્ય દરમ્યાન CCC+ ની પરીક્ષા પાસ કરવાની રહેશે. આ અાંગે તેઓએ ચનર્ણૂકની કિેરીર્ાાં હાજર થતાાં પહેલા સાથે

ચબડેલ પરરચશષ્ટ - ૧ ર્ુજબ બાાંહેધરી આપવાની રહેશે.

૧૪. આ ઉર્ેદવાર/ઉર્ેદવારોની સેવાઓ જાહેર ચહતર્ાાં જરૂરી જણાયેથી રાજ્ય સરકાર ધ્વારા અન્ય ચવભાગ કે રાજ્ય સરકાર હસ્તકના

ચનગર્, બોડા કે કોપોરેશન હેઠળ પ્રચતચનયુચક્તના ધોરણે ફાળવી શકાશે.

૧૫. આ ઉર્ેદવાર/ઉર્ેદવારોને ચનર્ણૂકના સ્થળે હાજર થતી વખતે આ સાથે ચબડેલ પરરચશષ્ટ-૨ (Security Bond) ર્ુજબના જાર્ીનખતનાાં

ચનયત નર્ૂનાર્ાાં લેખ/કરાર કરવાનો રહેશે. જે કરાર પ્રર્ાણે જો તેઓ, (ક) ઠરાવેલો તાલીર્ અભ્યાસક્રર્ પૂરો કરી ન શકે અથવા (ખ)

સેવા પૂવેની પરીક્ષાર્ાાં બેસી ન શકે અથવા (ગ) સરકારને સાંતોર્ થાય તે રીતે અજર્ાયશી ચનયર્ોની જોગવાઈ પૈકી કોઇ જોગવાઇ પૂરી

કરી ન શકે અથવા (ઘ) અજર્ાયશી ર્ુદત સચહતની ર્ૂળ ચનર્ણૂકની તારીખથી ૩ વર્ાની સેવા પૂણા થયા પહેલાાં સેવા છોડી દે તો સરકારે

એર્ને આપેલી તાલીર્ના ખિા ઉપરાાંત અજર્ાયશી તરીકેની તેર્ની ચનર્ણૂકને પરરણાર્ે તેર્ની તાલીર્ની ર્ુદત દરમ્યાન સરકારે િૂકવેલા

પગાર અને ભથ્થાાં પરત કરવા તેઓ અને તેર્ના જાર્ીનો સાંયુક્ત અને અલગ રીતે બાંધાયેલા રહેશે. અને પરત કરવાર્ાાં નહી આવેલ રકર્

જર્ીન ર્હેસુલની બાકી વસુલ તરીકે કરી શકાશે.

૧૬. કોઈ યોજના/કાર્ગીરી/કિેરી/જગ્યા બાંધ થવાથી અથવા કોઈ યોજના/કર્ાિારીઓને કોઈ બોડા કે ચનગર્ને સરકાર તબદીલ કરે તેવા

સાંજોગોર્ાાં ઉર્ેદવાર/ઉર્ેદવારોને રાજ્ય સરકાર જગાના અભાવે ફાજલ (સરપ્લસ) જાહેર કરે તો આ નોકરીનો અાંત આવશે. તેર્ થતાાં

ગુજરાત ર્ુલ્કી સેવા ચનયર્ો-૨૦૦૨ ર્ુજબ ર્ળવાપાત્ર લાભો આપી સરકાર છૂટા કરી શકશે. નોકરીર્ાાં િાલુ રાખવાનો દાવો થઈ શકશે

નહીં.

ર્ાચલકીની પટ્ટે અથવા ગીરોથી સાંપાદન કરેલ અથવા ધરાવેલ સ્થાવર ચર્લકત સાંબાંચધ પૂરેપૂરી ચવગતો આપતુાં સરકારે ચનયત કરેલ

નર્ૂનાર્ાાં તેની સ્થાવર અસ્કયાર્તોનુાં પત્રક રજૂ કરવાનુાં રહેશે. આ પત્રક KARMYOGI પોટટલ ઉપર ઓનલાઇન સબચર્ટ કરવાનુાં

રહેશે. વધુર્ાાં દર વર્ે ડીસેમ્બર ર્ચહનાની ૩૧ ર્ી તારીખે પૂરી થતી ર્ુદ્દતને આવરી લેતાાં દરેક વર્ાના જાન્યુઆરી ર્ચહનાની ૧લી તારીખે

ચનયત નર્ૂનાર્ાાં ચવગતો રજૂ કરવાની રહેશે.

૨૦. નાયબ પ્રાદેચશક ફાયર અચધકારી, વગા-૨ર્ાાં હાજર થયા બાદ સેવાર્ાાંથી રાજીનાર્ુાં આપવા ઇચ્છછતા ઉર્ેદવાર/ઉર્ેદવારોના કેસ પરત્વે

ગુજરાત ર્ુલ્કી સેવા (નોકરીની સાર્ાન્ય શરતો) ચનયર્ો, ૨૦૦૨ ર્ુજબ કાયાવાહી કરવાર્ાાં આવશે.

૨૧. ચનયાર્કશ્રી, રાજ્ય અગ્નિ ચનવારણ સેવાઓ, ગાાંધીનગરે ઉર્ેદવાર/ઉર્ેદવારોની સેવાપોથી તૈયાર કરાવડાવી તેના પહેલા પાનાની પ્રર્ાચણત

નકલ અત્રે ર્ોકલી આપવાની રહેશે. જે અચધકારી/અચધકારીઓ અજર્ાયશી નાયબ પ્રાદેચશક ફાયર અચધકારી, વગા-૨ તરીકેની ચનર્ણૂાંક

પાર્ે તે પહેલાાં સરકારી/અધા સરકારી સેવાર્ાાં હોય તેર્ના રકસ્સાર્ાાં તેર્ની અગાઉની સેવાપોથીના પ્રથર્ પાનાની પ્રર્ાચણત નકલ અત્રે

ર્ોકલી આપવાની રહેશે. તેઓએ નાણાાં ચવભાગના તા.૨૮/૦૫/૨૦૦૪ના ઠરાવની જોગવાઇ ર્ુજબ સરકારી સેવાર્ાાં દાખલ થયા

તારીખથી છ ર્ાસની ર્ુદતર્ાાં સક્ષર્ સત્તાચધકારી દ્વારા વતનના સ્થળ અાંગે નોંધણી કરાવવાની રહેશે. આ નોંધ કરાવવાના સર્યે વતનના

સ્થળે અચધકારી સ્થાવર ચર્લકત ધરાવતા હોય અથવા નોકરીર્ાાં જોડાયા તે પૂવે રહેતા હોય તેના અચધકૃત પૂરાવાની નકલ રજૂ કરવાની

રહેશે અને તે સાંબાંચધત ઉર્ેદવાર/ઉર્ેદવારોની સચવાસબૂકર્ાાં િોંટાડવાની રહેશે. પોતાની સચવાસબુકર્ાાં વતતના સ્થળની નોંધણી થઇ હોવા

બાબતે ઉર્ેદવારે/ઉર્ેદવારોએ જાતે ખાતરી કરી લેવાની રહેશે. સચવાસબુકર્ાાં નોંધણી કરવાની રહી જવા પાર્ી હોવાની ગ્નસ્થચતર્ાાં પ્રથર્

ચનર્ણૂાંક જે સ્થળે થઇ હશે તેને ઉર્ેદવાર/ઉર્ેદવારોનુાં વતનનુાં સ્થળ ગણવાનુાં રહેશે. વતનના સ્થળ અથવા તેવા ફેરફાર અાંગેની કોઇ

રજૂઆતો ચવિારણાને પાત્ર બનશે નહીં. વધુર્ાાં ઉર્ેદવારે/ઉર્ેદવારોએ પહેલેથી સરકારી/અધા સરકારી સેવાર્ાાં હોય તેર્ના રકસ્સાર્ાાં

તેઓએ નવેસરથી તેર્ના વતન અાંગે એકરાર કરવાની જરૂર નથી. પરંતુ, આ અાંગે સેવાપોથીર્ાાં થયેલ વતનની નોંધની પ્રર્ાચણત નકલ આ

ચવભાગને ર્ોકલવાની રહેશે.

૨૨. સબાંચધત ઉર્ેદવાર/ઉર્ેદાવારો દ્વારા રજૂ કરેલ એટેસ્ટેશનની ચવગતો ર્ુજબ પોલીસ અહેવાલર્ાાં કંઇ ચવરુધ્ધ ન હોવાની શરતે નાયબ

પ્રાદેચશક ફાયર અચધકારી, વગા-૨ ની જગ્યાએ સીધી ભરતીથી બે વર્ાના અજર્ાયશી ધોરણે ચનર્ણૂાંક આપવાર્ાાં આવે છે.

૨૩. ગુજરાત જાહેર સેવા આયોગ દ્વારા ર્ળેલ ઉર્ેદવાર/ઉર્ેદવારોના અનુભવ અાંગેના પત્રક અને ઉર્ેદવાર/ઉર્ેદવારો દ્વારા રજુ થયેલ

અનુભવના પ્રર્ાણપત્રોની સાંબાંચધત સરકારી કિેરી, ખાનગી કંપની/સાંસ્થાએ ખરાઇ અાંગે આપેલ/આપવાર્ાાં આવનાર ચવગતોર્ાાં કશુાં ચવરુદ્ધ

નહીં હોવાની શરતે ચનર્ણૂક આપવાની રહે છે.

૨૪. ઉર્ેદવાર/ઉર્ેદવારોને સાંબાંચધત કિેરી/ખાતાના વડાની કિેરી (ચનયાર્કશ્રી, રાજ્ય અગ્નિ ચનવારણ સેવાઓની કિેરી, ગાાંધીનગર ખાતે)એ

નાયબ પ્રાદેચશક ફાયર અચધકારી, વગા-૨ની જગ્યા ઉપર ચનર્ણૂક આપ્યા બાદ ચનયત થયેલ તાલીર્ કાયાક્રર્ દરમ્યાન પગાર-ભથ્થા ર્ાટે

જરૂર જણાયે સાંખ્યાચધક જગા ઉભી કરવાની રહેશે.

૨૫. ઉપર દશાાવેલ શરતો ઉપરાાંત તેર્ની આ ચનર્ણૂાંક અાંગે હવે પછી જે શરતો લાગુ કરાય તે શરતો પણ તેઓને બાંધન કરતા રહેશે.

૨૬. ઉર્ેદવાર/ઉર્ેદવારો ૨ વર્ા અજર્ાયશી/પ્રોબેશન ઉપર રહેવાના હોવાથી તેઓ સાર્ે કોઇપણ વહીવટી પ્રચતકુળ બાબતો/ગેરલાયક ઠરે તેવી

બાબતો ધ્યાને આવશે તો તેર્ની સેવાઓ સર્ાપ્ત કરવાર્ાાં આવશે.

૨૭. પ્રસ્તુત ચનર્ણૂાંક નાર્. ગુજરાત હાઇકોટટર્ાાં દાખલ થયેલ એસ.સી.એ. નાં.૧૩૦૮૪/૨૦૨૪ તથા ભચવષ્યર્ાાં તેને સાંબાંચધત કેસર્ાાં નાર્.

હાઇકોટટ દ્વારા કોઇ િુકાદો આપવાર્ાાં આવે તો તે આખરી િુકાદાને આધીન રહેશે.

 ઉર્ેદવારે/ઉર્ેદવારોએ અજર્ાયશી સર્ય પૂરો કરીને, લાાંબાગાળાની ચનર્ણૂાંક ર્ેળવ્યા બાદ ત્રણ વર્ાની સેવા બજાવવા અાંગે આ સાથે

ચબડેલ પરરચશષ્ટ-૨ ર્ુજબ ચસક્યોરીટી અને સ્યોરીટી બોન્ ડ આપવાના રહેશે. આ ચસક્યોરીટી અને સ્યોરીટી બોન્ ડ સાંબાંચધત

ઉર્ેદવાર/ઉર્ેદવારો તથા તેર્ના બે જાર્ીનોને સાંયુક્ત અને અલગ રીતે એર્ બાંને રીતે બાંધનકતાા રહેશે. દરેક ઉર્ેદવારે/ઉર્ેદવારોએ

પોતે રજૂ કરેલા જાર્ીનો રૂ.૫૦૦૦/- સુધીની રકર્ ર્ાટે દાર અને હયાત છે, તેવા પ્રર્ાણપત્ર સાથે પોતાની, નાયબ પ્રાદેચશક ફાયર

અચધકારી, વગા-૨ તરીકેની ચનર્ણૂાંકના ચનયાર્કશ્રી, રાજ્ય અગ્નિ ચનવારણ સેવાઓ, ગાાંધીનગરને હાજર થતી વખતે અથવા હાજર

થયા બાદ એક ર્ાસની અાંદર આપવાના રહેશે. દારપણાનુાં પ્રર્ાણપત્ર ચનયત નર્ૂનાર્ાાં અને જરૂરી કોટટ ફી, સ્ટેમ્પ સાથે આપવાનુાં

રહેશે તથા દર વર્ે તે રરન્યૂ કરાવીને રજૂ કરવાની જવાબદારી અજર્ાયશી ઉર્ેદવારની રહેશે.

 ચનયાર્કશ્રી, રાજ્ય અગ્નિ ચનવારણ સેવાઓ, ગાાંધીનગરે ઉપર ફકરાર્ાાં જણાવ્યા ર્ુજબ ઉર્ેદવારે/ઉર્ેદવારોએ રજૂ કરેલ

બાાંહેધરીપત્ર, ચસક્યોરીટી અને સ્યોરીટી બોન્ ડ તેર્જ દારપણાના પ્રર્ાણપત્રો બધી રીતે સાંપુણા હોવાની ખાતરી કરીને તે પ્રર્ાણેના

શેરા સાથે નકલ સરકારશ્રીને ર્ોકલશે અને તેર્ કયાાની જાણ એકાઉન્ ટન્ ટ જનરલ (એ એન્ ડ ઇ), રાજકોટને પણ કરશે. જ્યાાં સુધી આ

ર્ુજબના દસ્તાવેજો રજૂ કરવાર્ાાં નચહ આવે ત્યાાં સુધી ઉર્ેદવાર/ઉર્ેદવારોને તેના પગાર અને ભથ્થાાં ર્ાટે અચધકૃત કરવાના રહેશે

નચહ.

 આ ચનર્ણૂાંકની સ્વીકૃચતની જાણ પ્રત્યેક ઉર્ેદવારે/ઉર્ેદવારોએ ઉલટ ટપાલે નાયબ સચિવશ્રી (ફા.સ.), શહેરી ચવકાસ અને શહેરી ગૃહ
