No. AM-M-2025-896-LGS-1424-821-CH: Whereas it appears to the Government of Gujarat that, the land specified in
the SCHEDULE annexed hereto, is likely to be required to "Executive Engineer, Road and Building (State) Division,
Veraval Gir Somnath" (hereinafter referred to as "The Requiring Body") for the public purpose for construction of
infrastructure project of “Widening and Strengthening of Sutrapada-Dhamlej Road” (hereinafter referred to as "The
Public Purpose Project").

Now whereas, the Government of Gujarat, Revenue Department has, in exercise of the powers conferred, by
section 10A [inserted by section 3 of The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition,
Rehabilitation and Resettlement (Gujarat Amendment) Act, 2016 (Gujarat Act No. 12 of 2016)] of The Right to
Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (30 of
2013) (hereinafter referred to as "The Act") exempted, in public interest, by Notification No.AM-M-2024-381-
LGS-1424-821-CH, dated:25/07/2024, published in the Extraordinary Gazette of Gujarat Government, the below
mentioned Scheduled area of land, to be acquired for the infrastructure project of the construction of “Widening
and Strengthening of Sutrapada-Dhamlej Road” from the application of the provisions of Chapter II and III of
The Act, and

Now whereas, in exercise of the powers, conferred by sub-section (1) of section 43 of The Act, The Government
of Gujarat has appointed, Deputy Collector, Veraval as the officer of Rehabilitation and Resettlement in respect
of the scheduled land to be acquired for construction of the captioned infrastructure project, and

Now whereas, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 11 of "The Right to Fair
Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (30 of 2013)
(hereinafter referred to as The Act), the Government of Gujarat, has notified, vide Notification No. AM-M-2024-
725-LGS-1424-821-CH, dated: 30/12/2024 that the said scheduled land is required for the public purpose
specified here above,

And whereas, the Government of Gujarat is satisfied after considering the report made by Deputy Collector,
Veraval under sub-section (2) of section 15 of The Act, that the said land is needed to be acquired for "The
Public Purpose Project" specified in the schedule hereto, and

Now therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 19 of The Act, the Government
of Gujarat hereby declares that the said scheduled land is required for the public purpose specified in the
schedule hereto.

In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (g) of section-3 of The Act, the Government of Gujarat hereby
appoints, Deputy Collector, Veraval to perform the functions of a Collector, for all proceeding hereinafter to be
carried out under The Act, in respect of the said scheduled lands.
7.
The Plans of scheduled lands can be inspected at the Office of Deputy Collector, Veraval.

Now whereas, it appears to the Government of Gujarat, that below mentioned lands indicated against Serial
Number of SCHEDULE appended with the Government Notification No AM-M-2024-725-LGS-1424-821-CH,
dated:30/12/2024 are not required for the aforesaid Public Purpose Project, the Government of Gujarat hereby,
abandons acquisition of these lands for the aforesaid “Public Purpose Project” and notifies cancellation of the
captioned Notification in Context to the below mentioned serial numbered lands.

ક્રમાુંક: અમ-મ-૨૦૨૫-૮૯૬-જગસ-૧૪૨૪-૮૨૧-ચ: આ સાથે સામેલ અનુસૂચિમાાં દર્ાાવવામાાં આવેલ જમીનની જાહેર હેતુ માટે એટલે કે,
“સુત્રાપાિા-ધામળેજ રોિ પહોળો અને મજબૂત બનાવવા" (જેનો આમાાં હવે પછી જાહેર હેતુની યોજના એમ ઉલ્લેખ કરવામાાં આવેલ છે તે) ના
આાંતરમાળખાકીય પ્રોજેક્ટના બાાંધકામ માટે “કાયાપાલક ઇજનેરશ્રી, માગા અને મકાન (રાજ્ય) ચવભાગ, વેરાવળ ગીર સોમનાથ" (જેનો આમાાં
હવે પછી સાંપાદક સાંસ્થા એમ ઉલ્લેખ કરવામાાં આવેલ છે તે) ને જરૂર પિવાનો સાંભવ છે એવુાં ગુજરાત સરકારને જણાય છે.
(૧) હવે જ્યારે ગુજરાત સરકારના અસાધારણ રાજ્યપત્રમાાં પ્રચસદ્ધ થયેલ મહેસૂલ ચવભાગના જાહેરનામા ક્રમાાંકઃ-અમ-મ-૨૦૨૪-૩૮૧-
જગસ-૧૪૨૪-૮૨૧-િ તા.૨૫/૦૭/૨૦૨૪થી ગુજરાત સરકારે જમીન સાંપાદન, પુન:સ્થાપન અને પુનવાસનમાાં વ્યાજબી વળતર અને
પારદચર્ાતા અચધકાર અચધચનયમ-૨૦૧૩ (૨૦૧૩નો ૩૦મો) (જેનો આમાાં હવે પછી સદરહુ અચધચનયમ તેમ ઉલ્લેખ કરવામાાં આવેલ
છે) તેની કલમ-૧૦(એ) [(જમીન સાંપાદન, પુનઃસ્થાપન અને પુનવાસનમાાં વાજબી વળતર અને પારદચર્ાતા અચધકાર (ગુજરાત સુધારો)
અચધચનયમ-૨૦૧૬) (૨૦૧૬ના ગુજરાત અચધચનયમ નાં-૧૨ ની કલમ-૩ થી દાખલ કરેલ)] થી મળેલ અચધકારો અન્વયે રાજ્ય સરકારે
જાહેર ચહતમાાં “સુત્રાપાિા-ધામળેજ રોિ પહોળો અને મજબૂત બનાવવા”ના જાહેર હેતુ માટેના આાંતરમાળખાકીય પ્રોજેક્ટ માટે સાંપાદન
કરવાની નીિે જણાવેલ અનુસૂચિ ક્ષેત્રફળની જમીનને, ‘સદરહુ અચધચનયમ’ના પ્રકરણ-૨ અને ૩ જોગવાઈઓની અમલવારીમાાંથી મુચિ
આપેલ છે. અને
(૨) હવે જ્યારે રાજ્ય સરકારે સદરહુ અચધચનયમની કલમ-૪૩(૧) મુજબ નાયબ કલેક્ટરશ્રી, વેરાવળને ઉલ્લેચખત આાંતરમાળડકય પ્રોજેક્ટના
બાાંધકામ માટેની અનુસૂચિત ચવસ્તારની જમીનના સાંપાદનના સાંબાંધમાાં પુનઃસ્થાપન અને પુનઃવસનના અચધકારી તરીકે ચનમણૂક કરેલ છે,
અને
(૩) હવે જ્યારે જમીન સાંપાદન, પુનઃસ્થાપન અને પુનવાસનમાાં વાજબી વળતર અને પારદચર્ાતા અચધચનયમ-૨૦૧૩ (૨૦૧૩નો ૩૦મો)
(જેનો હવે પછી સદરહુ અચધચનયમ તેમ ઉલ્લેખ કરવામાાં આવેલ છે તે) ની કલમ-૧૧ની પેટા કલમ-(૧) થી મળેલ અચધકાર અન્વયે
ગુજરાત સરકારે જાહેરનામા ક્રમાાંક: અમ-મ-૨૦૨૪-૭૨૫-જગસ-૧૪૨૪-૮૨૧-િ તા.૩૦/૧૨/૨૦૨૪ થી ઉિ જમીન, ઉપરોિ
સાવાજચનક હેતુ માટે જરૂરી છે, તેમ જાહેર કરેલ છે, અને
(૪) હવે જ્યારે સદરહુ અચધચનયમની કલમ-૧૫ની પેટા કલમ-૨ નીિેના નાયબ કલેક્ટરશ્રી, વેરાવળના અહેવાલને ચવિારણામાાં લીધા બાદ
રાજ્ય સરકારને એવો સાંતોષ થયેલ છે કે, સદરહુ અનુસૂચિત જમીનો સદરહુ જાહેર હેતુની યોજના માટે જરૂરી છે, અને
(૫) તેથી હવે, “સદરહુ અચધચનયમ”ની કલમ-૧૯(૧) થી મળેલ અચધકારો અન્વયે રાજ્ય સરકાર આથી સત્તાવાર જાહેરાત કરે છે કે, સદરહુ
અનુસૂચિત જમીનો સદરહુ જાહેર હેતુની યોજના માટે જરૂરી છે.
(૬) ગુજરાત સરકાર સદરહુ અચધચનયમની કલમ-૩(જ) થી મળેલ સત્તા અન્વયે, ઉિ જમીનના સાંબાંધમાાં સદરહુ અચધચનયમ નીિે હવે પછી
કલેક્ટર તરીકે કરવાના તમામ કાયો બજાવવા માટે, નાયબ કલેક્ટરશ્રી, વેરાવળની ચનમણૂક કરેલ છે.
(૭) સદરહુ અનુસૂચિત જમીનના નકર્ા, નાયબ કલેક્ટરશ્રી, વેરાવળની કિેરી ખાતે તપાસી ર્કાર્ે.

તા.૩૦/૧૨/૨૦૨૪ ના સરકારી જાહેરનામા ક્રમાાંક:અમ-મ-૨૦૨૪-૭૨૫-જગસ-૧૪૨૪-૮૨૧-િ સાથેની અનુસૂચિમાાં નીિેની ચવગતે
અનુક્રમ નાંબર સામે દર્ાાવેલ જમીન, ઉપર જણાવેલ જાહેર હેતુ માટે જરૂરી નથી તેમ ગુજરાત સરકારને આથી જણાય છે. તેથી તે
જમીનોનુાં ઉપર દર્ાાવેલ હેતુ માટેનુ સાંપાદન આથી પિતુ મુકવામાાં આવે છે. અને ગુજરાત સરકાર એવુાં ફરમાવે છે કે ઉિ અનુક્રમવાળી
નીિે દર્ાાવેલ જમીનના સાંબાંધમાાં તત્પુરતુ જાહેરનામુાં રદ થર્ે.
