No: AM-M-2025-907-LDH-1224-610-CH: Whereas the Government of Gujarat, Revenue Department Notification

No.AM-M-2025-11-LDH-1224-610-CH dated:23/06/2025 issued under section 11(1) of the Right to Fair

Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 has notified that the

lands specified in the Schedule appended thereto are needed for the public purpose mentioned therein;

And Whereas the Government of Gujarat, Revenue Department Notification No. AM-M-2025-419-LDH-1224-

610-CH dated:23/06/2025 issued under section 19(1) of the said Act has declared that the lands specified in the

Schedule appended thereto are needed for the public purpose mentioned there in;

And Whereas Government has decided to withdraw parcels of land from the acquisition;

Now, Therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 93 of the Right to Fair Compensation and

Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 the Government of Gujarat hereby

withdraws the land specified in the Schedule appended hereto from the acquisition.

અને ઉક્ત અચધચનયમની કલમ-૧૯(૧) હેઠળ સરકારશ્રીના મહેસૂલ ચવભાગ, ગાાંધીનગરે બહાર પાિેલ તા.૨૩/૦૬/૨૦૨૫ના

જાહેરનામા નાં. અમ-મ-૨૦૨૫-૪૧૯-જદહ-૧૨૨૪-૬૧૦-િ અન્વયે આથી રાજ્ય સરકારે એવુાં જાહેર કયુિ છે કે તેની સાથે જોિેલ અનુસૂચિમાાં

દશાિવેલ જમીન તેમાાં દશાિવેલ જાહેર હેતુ માટે જરૂરી છે.

અને જ્યારે સરકારે સાંપાદનમાાંથી જમીનના ટુકિા પાછા લેવાનુાં નક્કી કયુિ છે.

હવે, તેથી જમીન સાંપાદન અચધચનયમ-૨૦૧૩ ની કલમ-૯૩ થી મળેલ સત્તાની રૂએ ગુજરાત સરકાર આથી આ સાથે જોિેલ અનુસૂચિમાાં

ચનડદિષ્ટ કરેલ જમીન સાંપાદનમાાંથી પરત લેવાનુાં નક્કી કરે છે.
