No: AM/NJ/2025-312/AKN/Section-19(1)/S.R.No.312:- 1. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of

section-19 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement

Act-2013 (30 of 2013) (hereinafter referred to as "the Act"), the Government of Gujarat hereby notifies to all the

person, or persons interested, that the Government of Gujarat is satisfied with the report submitted by the Deputy

Collector and Special Land Acquisition Officer, Narmada Project, Lab.Building No.-6, Narmada Administrative

Complex, Radhanpur under sub-section (2) of section 15 of the Act and it is decided to Acquire the land at Unn Village

of Ogad Taluka of Banaskantha District which has more particularly been specified in the SCHEDULE-A annexed here

to for public purpose of construction of Unn Minor-3 Canal of Narmada Project.

This declaration made by way of notification issued under sub-section (1) of section 19 of the Act is applicable

to all the persons interested in these land.

3.

The layout and plan of the land/lands proposed to be acquired is kept for inspection by public in the Office of

Deputy Collector and Special Land Acquisition Officer (Narmada Project), Lab.Building No.-6, Narmada

Administrative Complex, Radhanpur On any working day during the office hours.

As per Narmada, Water Resources, Water Supply & Kalpsar Department, Government of Gujarat, Notification

No:- AM/NJ/2025-219/LAQ/2025/BK/35/M dated-04/06/2025 the same land/lands which are proposed to be

acquired is exempted from Social Impact Assessment study.

કલમ-૧૫ની પેટા કલમ(૨) હેઠળ સરકારશ્રીને રજૂ કરેલા અહેવાલથી સાંતોષ થયેલ છે અને મોજે:- ઉણ, તા:- ઓગિ, ચજ:- બનાસકાાંઠા નીિેના

પડરચશષ્ટ-ક માાં દશાવેલ ચવગતો ધરાવતી જમીન સરદાર સરોવર નમવદા યોજનાની ઉણ માઇનોર-૩ નહેરના બાાંધકામના જાહેર હેતુાં માટે સાંપાદન

કરવાનો ચનણવય કરેલ છે.

સદરહું કાયદાની કલમ-૧૯(૧) હેઠળની જાહેરાત આ જાહેરનામાથી બહાર પાિેલ છે. તે આ જમીનમાાં ચહત ધરાવતી તમામ વ્યચિઓને

લાગુ પિે છે.

સાંપાદન કરવાની થતી જમીનના નકશા અને પ્લાન જાહેર જનતાના ચનરીક્ષણ સારાં નાયબ ક્લેક્ટર અને ખાસ જમીન સાંપાદન

અચધકારીશ્રી(નમવદા યોજના), લેબ.ચબલ્િીંગ નાં.-૬, નમવદા વહીવટી સાંકુલ, રાધનપુરની કિેરીએ કામકાજના કોઈપણ ડદવસે કિેરી

સમયમાાં ઉપલબ્ધ થશે.
