Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act-2013 (30^th of 2013), it

seems to the Additional Collector (Narmada) Ahmedabad (empowered under Section-3(G) of the Right to Fair

Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act-2013 (30^th of 2013), by

State Government (Narmada, Water Resources, Water Supply & Kalpsar Department) letter No. LAQ/2025/B.K./37/M,

Date:-22/08/2025) Also, The amendment notification letter No. LAQ/2025/B.K./37/M, Date:-19/12/2025)that there is

Possibility that the land notified in the schedule appended herewith will be required for public purpose on account of the

construction of MorvadaMinor-2 Canal of Narmada Project.

It is here by declared under the provisions of Section-11(1) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency

in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act-2013 (30^th of 2013) that there is possibility that the

aforesaid lands will be required for the notified purpose.

All the persons interested in the said lands are hereby warned that not to obstruct or interface with any surveyers

or any other persons employed upon the said land for the said purpose of acquisition. After the date of this

notification, the Office assessing the compensation for the portions of said lands which may finally be acquired

shall not take any agreement in respect of sale, lease, mortgage, mutation, exchange or disposal of the said land

or modification into consideration under Section-22 of the said Act without approval of the Collector.

If the State Government satisfies that the aforesaid land are required for the aforesaid public purpose, then the

final notification to that effect shall be published in accordance with law in due course under Section-19 of the

said Act. If the acquisition is Waived partly or fully, then such fact shall be published properly in accordance

with law.

Under Section-3(G) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation

and Resettlement Act-2013 (30th of 2013), The State Government appoints the Deputy Collector and Special

Land Acquisition Officer, Narmada Project, Radhanpur to perform the functions of the Collector in respect of

the said lands.

A plan of the land may be inspected in the Office of the Deputy Collector and Special Land Acquisition Officer,

Narmada Project, Radhanpur, Lab Building No.6, Narmada Administrative Complex, Radhanpur on any

working day during the working hours.

Objection to the acquisition, if any, may be filed by the person interested within 60 (Sixty) days from the date of

publication of this notification as provided under Section-15 of the act before the Deputy Collector and Special

Land Acquisition Officer, Narmada Project, Radhanpur, Lab Building No.6, Narmada Administrative Complex,

Radhanpur.

આથી જર્ીન સાંપાદન, પુન:સ્થાપન અને પુનવમસવાટ અચધચનયર્ર્ાાં વાજબી વળતર અને પારદર્મકતા અચધકાર અચધચનયર્-૨૦૧૩

(૨૦૧૩નો ૩૦ર્ો) ની કલર્-૧૧(૧) ની જોગવાઇઓ હેઠળ જાહેર કરવાર્ાાં આવે છે કે, સદરહું જર્ીનની ઉપર ચનર્દિષ્ટ કરેલ હેતુઓ

ર્ાટે જરૂર પડવાનો સાંભવ છે.

સદરહું જર્ીનર્ાાં ચહત ધરાવતી તર્ાર્ વ્યચિઓને આથી િેતવણી આપવાર્ાાં આવે છે કે, સદરહું સાંપાદનના હેતુાં સારૂ સદરહું જર્ીનર્ાાં

કોઈ સવેયરો કે અન્ય વ્યચિઓને હરકત કરવી નહીં. આ જાહેરનાર્ાની તારીખ પછી કલેક્ટરની ર્ાંજૂરી ચવના વેિાણ, પટ્ટા, ગીરો,

નાર્ફેર, ચવચનર્ય દ્વારા અથવા સદરહું જર્ીનોના ચનકાલ ર્ાટેનો અથવા સુધારા કરવા ર્ાટેનો કોઈ કરાર છેવટે સાંપાર્દત કરવાર્ાાં આવે

તેવા સદરહું જર્ીનોના ભાગો ર્ાટે વળતર આકારતા અચધકારી સદરહું અચધચનયર્ની કલર્-૨૨ હેઠળ ધ્યાનર્ાાં લેર્ે નહીં.

ગુજરાત સરકારને એવી ખાત્રી થાય કે સદરહું જર્ીનોની ઉપયુમિ જાહેર હેતુાં ર્ાટે જરૂર છે, તો સદરહું અચધચનયર્ની કલર્–૧૯ હેઠળ તે

ર્તલબનુાં છેવટનુાં જાહેરનાર્ુાં યોગ્ય સર્યર્ાાં કાયદાનુસાર પ્રચસદ્ધ કરવાર્ાાં આવર્ે. સાંપાદન અર્ાંત: કે પૂણમત: જતુાં કયુમ હોય તો તે હકીકત

કાયદાનુસાર યોગ્ય રીતે જાહેર કરવાર્ાાં આવર્ે.

જર્ીન સાંપાદન, પુન:સ્થાપન અને પુનવમસવાટ અચધચનયર્ર્ાાં વાજબી વળતર અને પારદર્મકતા અચધકાર અચધચનયર્-૨૦૧૩

(૨૦૧૩નો ૩૦ર્ો)ની કલર્-૩(જી) હેઠળ ચજલ્લા કલેક્ટરને સદરહું જર્ીનોના સાંબાંધર્ાાં સદરહું અચધચનયર્ હેઠળ કલેક્ટરના કાયો

બજાવવા ર્ાટે રાજ્ય સરકાર નાયબ કલેક્ટર અને ખાસ જર્ીન સાંપાદન અચધકારી, નર્મદા યોજના, રાધનપુરને ઉિ અચધચનયર્ની

જોગવાઈ હેઠળ ઉિ જર્ીનો સાંબાંધર્ાાં નીર્ે છે.

જર્ીનના પ્લાનનુાં ચનરીક્ષણ નાયબ કલેક્ટર અને ખાસ જર્ીન સાંપાદન અચધકારી, નર્મદા યોજના, રાધનપુર, લેબોરેટરી ચબલ્ડીંગ નાં.-૬,

નર્મદા વહીવટી સાંકૂલ, રાધનપુરની કિેરીએ કાર્કાજના કોઇપણ ર્દવસે કિેરી સર્ય દરમ્યાન કરી ર્કાર્ે.

સાંપાદન બાબતે ચહત ધરાવતી વ્યચિને જો કોઈ, વાાંધાઓ હોય તો આ જાહેરનાર્ુાં પ્રચસદ્ધ થયા તારીખથી ૬૦ (સાઈઠ) ર્દવસર્ાાં કલર્-

૧૫ ની જોગવાઈઓ ર્ુજબ નાયબ કલેક્ટર અને ખાસ જર્ીન સાંપાદન અચધકારી, નર્મદા યોજના, રાધનપુર, લેબોરેટરી ચબલ્ડીંગ નાં.-૬,

નર્મદા વહીવટી સાંકુલ, રાધનપુરને રજૂ કરવાના રહેર્ે.
