(The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and
Resettlement Act, 2013

No. AM-M-2026-01-LAM-142024-938-GH: Whereas the Government of Gujarat, vide its Notification No. AM-M-
2025-8-LAM-142024-938-GH, Date: 04/01/2025 issued under section-11(1) of The Right to Fair Compensation and
Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 has notified that total Land H.A.
37-68-59 sq.mt of Village: Varna, Ta. Dholka, Dist. Ahmedabad is needed for the public purpose of “Vataman-Pipli
Four Lane high Speed Corridor Project.”
The Government of Gujarat, as having its opinion that, the circumstance so exist for justifying extension of
period of the aforesaid notification u/s 11(1) of the act, in exercise of the power conferred by provision to section-19(7)
of The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013,
hereby extend the period of 12(twelve) months to the aforesaid notification u/s 11(1) of the act, publication of the
declaration under section-19(1) of the act. The period of 12 (twelve) months will be effective from the date of
04/01/2026.
