(The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and

Resettlement Act, 2013 (30 of 2013)

District:- Junagadh

No:- AM-M-2026-06-LJN-172025-1161-CH :- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section-11 of

The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013

(30 of 2013) (here in after referred to as "The Act") the Government of Gujarat hereby declares that the land/lands

mentioned in the Schedule annexed hereto is/are required for the Utavali Irrigation project.

It is notified that :-

The area of land/lands required for the above project is 470724 Sq.Mtr. and is at- Mota Hadmatiya

Village of Visavadar Taluka of Junagadh District;

The public purpose involved in the above project is Utavali Irrigation project.

Reasons necessitating the displacement of the affected persons are:

Not applicable.

Under Section 10A of the Act, inserted by the Gujarat Act of 12 of 2016, exemption is given vide

Government of Gujarat, Revenue Department Notification No: AM-M-2025-689-LJN-172025-1161-CH,

Date: 19/09/2025 that, it is not required the Social Impact Assessment Study Report.

The Particulars of the Administrator appointment under section 43 of the act are as under – Not

applicable.

All the persons interested in these lands are hereby notified not to obstruct and disturb any Surveyor of other

staff to enter upon and survey the land. Any transactions in respect of whole or part of these lands in whatsoever

manner including by sale, lease, mortgage, change of name, exchange entered into after the date of this Notification

made without permission of the Collector shall not be taken into consideration by the officer assessing the

compensation under section 27 of the Act for a particular portion of the land as may be finally acquired.

The Government of Gujarat, if satisfied about acquisition of the land for aforesaid public purpose, may publish

final declaration under section 19 of the Act in this regard in the manner and timeframe so prescribed under the Act. In

case the acquisition is dropped partially or entirely, such fact shall be notified in a proper manner as provided under the

Act.

Read with Gujarat Government Extra Ordinary Gazette Part-IV dated 12 August, 2016 the Gujarat Act No.12 of

2016 and Under Clause-1 of Section-3G of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition,

Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (30 of 2013) the Government of Gujarat pleased to appoint Prant Officer,

Visavadar as land acquisition officer.

Objection to the acquisition, if any may be field by the person interested within 60 (sixty Days) from the date of

publication of this notification as provided under section-15 of the Act before Prant Officer, Visavadar.

અને પારદર્નકતા અચધકાર અચધચનયમ-૨૦૧૩ (૨૦૧૩નો ૩૦મો) (હવે પછી તેનો ઉલ્લેખ “અચધચનયમ” તરીકે કરવામાાં આવર્ે)ની કલમ ૧૧

ની પેટા કલમ (૧) હેઠળ મળેલ સત્તાનો ઉપયોગ કરીને ગુજરાત સરકાર આથી જાહેર કરે છે કે, આ સાથે જોડેલ અનુસૂચિમાાં દર્ાનવવામાાં આવેલ

જમીનની જાહેર ચહતના હેતુ માટે એટલે કે, ઉતાવળી ચસાંિાઇ યોજનાના કામે ડુબ ચવસ્તાર અાંતગનત બોરો એરરયા માટે અાંગે સાંપારદત કરવાની

જરૂર છે.

આથી જાહેર કરવામાાં આવે છે કે,

ઉપર જણાવેલ પ્રોજેક્ટ માટે જરૂરી જમીન હે. ૪૭૦૭૨૪ િો. મી. છે. અને તે જૂનાગઢ ચજલ્લાના ચવસાવદર તાલુકાના મોટા

હડમચતયા ગામમાાં આવેલ છે.

(૨)

ઉપર જણાવેલ પ્રોજેક્ટમાાં નીિે મુજબના જાહેર ચહતનો સમાવેર્ થાય છે.

ઉતાવળી ચસાંિાઇ યોજનાના કામે ડુબ ચવસ્તાર અાંતગનત બોરો એરરયા માટે ચનમાનણકાયન જરૂરી છે.

અસરગ્રસ્ત વ્યચિઓને ખસેડવાની જરૂરના કારણો નીિે મુજબ છે.

લાગુ પડતુાં નથી.

(૪) ગુજરાત અચધચનયમ-૧૨/૨૦૧૬ થી દાખલ કરેલ કલમ-૧૦(એ) હેઠળ મહેસૂલ ચવભાગ, ગુજરાત સરકારના જાહેરનામા ક્રમાાંક:

અમ-મ-૨૦૨૫-૬૮૯-જજન-૧૭૨૦૨૫-૧૧૬૧-િ, તા.૧૯/૦૯/૨૦૨૫થી મુચિ આપવામાાં આવેલ છે. આ ઉિ

અચધચનયમની કલમ-૧૦એ હેઠળ સામાચજક અસરોના મૂલયાાંકનનો સાંચિપ્ત અહેવાલ આપવો જરૂરી નથી.

અચધચનયમની કલમ-૪૩ હેઠળ ચનયુિ કરવામાાં આવેલ વહીવટદારની ચવગતો નીિે મુજબ છે.

લાગુ પડતુાં નથી.

આ જમીનમાાં ચહત ધરાવતી તમામ વ્યચિઓને આથી જાણ કરવામાાં આવે છે કે, કોઇપણ સવેયરને અથવા અન્ય કમનિારીઓને આ

જમીન પર દાખલ થવા અને જમીનનો સવે કરતા અટકાવવા નચહ. આ જાહેરનામુાં બહાર પડ્યા બાદ, કલેક્ટરશ્રીની પરવાનગી વગર આ

જમીનની કે તેના કોઇ ભાગની વેિાણ, ભાડાપટ્ટે આપવી, ગીરવે મૂકવી, નામ બદલવુાં અથવા નોંધણીમાાં ફેરફાર કરવા સચહત કોઇપણ સ્વરૂપે

કરવામાાં આવેલી લેવડદેવડને, જમીનના જે િોક્કસ ભાગનુાં આખરી સાંપાદન કરવામાાં આવે તેવુાં, અચધચનયમની કલમ-૨૭ હેઠળ વળતર

આકારતી વખતે, સાંબાંચધત અચધકારી ધ્યાનમાાં લેર્ે નચહ.

ગુજરાત સરકારને જો ઉપર જણાવેલ જાહેર હેતુ માટે જમીન સાંપાદન કરવા અાંગે સાંતોષ થર્ે તો, અચધચનયમની કલમ-૧૯ હેઠળ,

અચધચનયમમાાં ચનયત કરેલ સમયમયાનદાની અાંદર અને તેમાાં જણાવેલી રીતે આખરી જાહેરનામુાં બહાર પાડર્ે. જો સાંપાદન કરવાનુાં આાંચર્ક રીતે

અથવા પૂરેપૂરી રીતે રદ્દ કરવામાાં આવે, તો આવી હરકકત, અચધચનયમની જોગવાઇ મુજબ યોગ્ય રીતે જાહેર કરવાની રહેર્ે.

જમીન સાંપાદન, પુનઃસ્થાપન અને પુનનવસવાટ અચધચનયમમાાં વ્યાજબી વળતર અને પારદર્નકતા અચધકાર અચધચનયમ-૨૦૧૩ (૨૦૧૩નો

૩૦મો) ની કલમ-૩(જી) હેઠળ મળેલી સત્તાની રૂએ, રાજ્ય સરકાર, આ જમીનોના સાંબાંધમાાં આ અચધચનયમની જોગવાઈઓ હેઠળ કાયન કરવા

અને ફરજો બજાવવા માટે પ્રાાંત અચધકારીશ્રી, ચવસાવદરને જમીન સાંપાદન અચધકારી તરીકે નીમે છે.

આ જાહેરનામા પ્રચસચિની તારીખથી ૬૦ (સાઇઠ) રદવસની અાંદર આ અચધચનયમની કલમ-૧૫ મુજબ સાંપાદન બાબતે ચહત ધરાવતી

વ્યચિને જો કોઈ વાાંધો હોય તો તેઓ કલમ-૧૫ હેઠળ પ્રાાંત અચધકારીશ્રી, જૂનાગઢ ચવસાવદરને રજૂઆત કરી ર્કર્ે.
