No. CH/DPA/01/2026: The proposed Recruitment Rule as per Annexure for newly created 2 nos. of posts of Sr. Marine

Engineer (Dy. HoD level) in the scale of pay of Rs. 80,000-2,20,000/-, in DPA, as a part of Schedule at Sr.No.56 of the

Deendayal Port Trust Employees (Recruitment, Seniority and Promotion) Regulations, 2009, which the Board of

Deendayal Port Authority proposes to make for pre-publication of the same in the State Gazette and to further notify the

same in the Official Gazette subject to approval of the Central Government in terms of Sections 72(1), 72(2)(c) read

with Section 18(1)(b) of MPA Act, 2021, is hereby published as required by the said Section of the said Act, for

information of all persons likely to be affected thereby, and notice is hereby given that the said draft shall be taken into

consideration on or after the expiry of a period of thirty days from the date on which copies of the Gujarat Government

Gazette, in which the draft Recruitment Rule is published, are made available to the public;

DEENDAYAL PORT TRUST EMPLOYEES (RECRUITMENT, SENIORITY AND

PROMOTION) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS, 2026.

In exercise of the powers conferred by Sections 72(1), 72(2)(c) read with Section 18(1)(b) of Major Port

Authorities Act, 2021, the Board of Members of Deendayal Port hereby makes the following Regulations to further

amend the Deendayal Port Trust Employees (Recruitment, Seniority and Promotion) Regulations, 2009, namely:

Short Title and Commencement :-

(i) These Regulations may be called the Deendayal Port Trust Employees (Recruitment, Seniority and

Promotion) Amendment Regulations, 2026.

(ii) They shall come into force from the date of publication in the Gazette of India.

2. In the Deendayal Port Trust Employees (Recruitment, Seniority and Promotion) Regulations, 2009: -

(i) In the Schedule, following manner of appointment for the post of Senior Marine Engineer shall be inserted as

सं. सीएच/डीपीए/01/2026: दीनदयाल पत्तन न्यास कममचारी (भर्ती, वररष्ठर्ता एवां पदोन्नतर्त) तवतनयम, 2009 की अनुसूची के क्रमाांक 56

पर एक भाग के रूप में, दीनदयाल पत्तन प्रातधकरण में रू 80,000-2,20,000/- के वेर्तनमान में वररष्ठ समुद्री अतभयांर्ता (उप तवभागाध्यक्ष

स्र्तर) के नवसृतजर्त दो पदों के तलये अनुलग्नक के अनुसार प्रस्र्तातवर्त भर्ती तनयम, तजसे दीनदयाल पत्तन प्रातधकरण का बोर्म, महापत्तन

प्रातधकरण अतधतनयम, 2021 की धारा 72(1), धारा 72(2)(ग) के साथ पतिर्त धारा 18(1)(ख) के अनुसार, राज्य के राजपत्र में पूवम

प्रकाशन र्तथा आगे इसे केंद्र सरकार के अनुमोदन के अधीन सरकारी राजपत्र में अतधसूतचर्त करने के तलये, बनाना प्रस्र्तातवर्त करर्ता है, उक्त

अतधतनयम की उक्त धारा द्वारा यथाअपेतक्षर्त के अनुसार, इससे प्रभातवर्त हो सकने वाले सभी व्यतक्तयों के सूचनाथम, एर्तद्द्वारा प्रकातशर्त

तकया जार्ता है और एर्तद्द्वारा यह सूतचर्त तकया जार्ता है तक तजस र्तारीख को गुजरार्त सरकार के राजपत्र, तजसमें यह मसौदा भर्ती तनयम

प्रकातशर्त तकया गया है, की प्रतर्तयाां जनसाधारण हेर्तु उपलब्ध करायी गयी हैं, उस र्तारीख से र्तीस (30) तदनों की अवतध समाप्त होने पर

अथवा उसके पश्चार्त, उक्त मसौदे पर तवचार तकया जाएगा;

यतद कोई आपतत्त या सुझाव हो र्तो उसे ऊपर तवतनतदमष्ट अवतध के भीर्तर सतचव, दीनदयाल पत्तन प्रातधकरण, प्रशासतनक

(i) इन तवतनयमों को दीनदयाल पत्तन न्यास कममचारी (भर्ती, वररष्ठर्ता एवां पदोन्नतर्त) सांशोधन तवतनयम, 2026 कहा जाएगा।

(ii) ये तवतनयम भारर्त के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तर्ततथ से प्रभावी होंगे।
