(The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and

Resettlement Act, 2013) (30 of 2013)

No. AM-M-2026-39-LBK-1425-1447-CH:- Whereas it appears to the Government of Gujarat, that the land is likely to

be needed for public purpose viz. for the purpose of construction of the infrastructure project of “Construction of

Palanpur bypass four lane (4 Lane) road for Palanpur city under Ahmedabad to Palanpur (SH-41 to NH-27) and

Palanpur to Aburoad (NH-27 to NH-27)”.

Now therefore in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section (2) of “The Right to Fair

Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (30 of 2013)

(herein after referred to as “The Act”) and the Rules made there-under, it is hereby notified that the

Government of Gujarat intends to acquire the said land for the public purpose of the infrastructure project

specified above.

Now whereas a proposal is made for acquisition of the above mentioned proposed project of “Construction of

Palanpur bypass four lane (4 Lane) road for Palanpur city under Ahmedabad to Palanpur (SH-41 to NH-27)

and Palanpur to Aburoad (NH-27 to NH-27)” the bare minimum area of land to be acquired, for the Project is

10291 Sq.mtr. land and is situated within the boundary limit of Village:Vasana (Jagana), Taluka:Palanpur,

Dist:Banaskantha.

Now whereas it appears to the State Government that it is expedient to exempt in public interest such area of

10291 Sq.mtr. of land to be acquired, for the above stated infrastructure project, from the application of the

provision of chapter II and III of the Act.

Now therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 10(A) of The Act [inserted by section 3 of The

RFCTLARR (Gujarat Amendment) Act, 2016] (Gujarat Act No. 12 of 2016) The Government of Gujarat,

hereby exempt in public interest, the area of 10291 Sq.mtr. land is situated within the boundary limit of

Village:Vasana (Jagana), Taluka: Palanpur, Dist: Banaskantha to be acquired for the “Construction of Palanpur

bypass four lane (4 Lane) road for Palanpur city under Ahmedabad to Palanpur (SH-41 to NH-27) and

Palanpur to Aburoad (NH-27 to NH-27)” from the application of the provision of chapter II and III of The Act.

ક્રમાુંકઃ અમ-મ-૨૦૨૬-૩૯-જબન-૧૪૨૫-૧૪૪૭-ચ:- “અમદાવાદ થી પાલનપુર (SH-41 થી NH-27) અને પાલનપુર થી આબુ રોડ

(NH-27 થી NH-27) અાંતગગત પાલનપુર ચસટી માટે બાયપાસ ફોર લેન (૪ લેન) રોડ બનાવવા”ના જાહેર હેતુના આાંતરમાળખાકીય પ્રોજેક્ટ

માટે જમીનની જરૂર પડવાનો સાંભવ છે, એવુાં ગુજરાત સરકારને જણાય છે.

(૧)

તેથી જમીન સાંપાદન, પુનઃસ્થાપન અને પુનગવસનમાાં વ્યાજબી વળતર અને પારદર્ગકતા અચધકાર અચધચનયમ-૨૦૧૩) (૨૦૧૩નો ૩૦મો)

(જેનો આમાાં હવે પછી “સદરહું અચધચનયમ” તેમ ઉલ્લેખ કરવામાાં આવેલ છે તે) ની કલમ-૨(૧) તથા તે અાંગેના ચનયમોથી મળેલ

અચધકાર અન્વયે ગુજરાત સરકાર આથી ઉપરોક્ત આાંતરમાળખાકીય પ્રોજેક્ટના જાહેર હેતુ માટે કાયદાનુસાર સાંપાદન કરવાનો ઈરાદો

જાહેર કરે છે.

હવે જ્યારે ઉક્ત સૂચિત પ્રોજેક્ટ “અમદાવાદ થી પાલનપુર (SH-41 થી NH-27) અને પાલનપુર થી આબુ રોડ (NH-27 થી NH-27)

અાંતગગત પાલનપુર ચસટી માટે બાયપાસ ફોર લેન (૪ લેન) રોડ બનાવવા”ના જાહેર હેતુ માટે જમીન સાંપાદન માટેની દરખાસ્ત રજૂ

થયેલ છે, ત્યારે આ પ્રોજેક્ટ માટે સાંપાદન કરવાની થતી ઉપરોક્ત ઓછામાાં ઓછી જમીનનો કુલ ચવસ્તાર ૧૦૨૯૧ િો.મી. છે અને તે

મોજે.વાસણા (જગાણા), તા.પાલનપુર, ચજ. બનાસકાાંઠાની હદમાાં આવેલ છે.

હવે જ્યારે ઉપરોક્ત આાંતરમાળખાકીય પ્રોજેક્ટ માટે સદરહું સાંપાદન કરવાની થતી ક્ષેત્રફળ ૧૦૨૯૧ િો.મી. જમીનને સદરહું

અચધચનયમના પ્રકરણ-૨ અને ૩ની જોગવાઈઓની અમલવારીમાાંથી મુચક્ત આપવાનુાં રાજ્ય સરકારને જાહેર ચહતમાાં આવશ્યક જણાય છે.

(૪) તેથી સદરહું અચધચનયમની કલમ-૧૦(એ) (જમીન સાંપાદન, પુનઃસ્થાપન અને પુનગવસનમાાં વ્યાજબી વળતર અને પારદર્ગકતા (ગુજરાત

સુધારા) અચધચનયમ-૨૦૧૬ (૨૦૧૬નો ગુજરાત અચધચનયમ-નાં.૧૨)ની કલમ-૩થી દાખલ કરેલ) થી મળેલ અચધકારો અન્વયે, રાજ્ય

સરકાર આથી જાહેર ચહતમાાં “અમદાવાદ થી પાલનપુર (SH-41 થી NH-27) અને પાલનપુર થી આબુ રોડ (NH-27 થી NH-27)

અાંતગગત પાલનપુર ચસટી માટે બાયપાસ ફોર લેન (૪ લેન) રોડ બનાવવા”ના આાંતરમાળખાકીય પ્રોજેક્ટ માટે સાંપાદન થતી જમીનમાાં

માચવષ્ટ થયેલ મોજે.વાસણા (જગાણા), તા.પાલનપુર, ચજ.બનાસકાાંઠાની ક્ષેત્રફળ ૧૦૨૯૧ િો.મી. જમીનને સદરહું અચધચનયમના

પ્રકરણ- ૨ અને ૩ ની જોગવાઈઓની અમલવારીમાાંથી મુચક્ત આપે છે.
